This is my go-to spot for bubble tea in Arsenal Yards - also this is the only one ? Regardless, Ten One is known for their tea quality, and this location definitely holds up. The boba is also made perfectly to my preference, both in chewiness and sweetness. It can take a while for the drinks to be made so I would recommend ordering in advance. There is limited seating here, but they have windows so there is a nice view of Arsenal Yards while enjoying your drink.

Nothing wrong with the drinks, wish I could say the same about the staff. Placed an UberEats order and put in description “more tea less milk” and I guess me trying to be efficient was so offensive that the employee felt the need to write me a note (photo attached).Not sure if they were trying to be funny or clever, bc it was neither, but they should’ve just kept their thoughts to themselves. It’s just a modification description.At least be professional -.-Better yet, not being so sensitive would be nice.

I came for a milk tea, not bad attitude. Knowing that everyone has bad days, but when people starts their workday with a bad attitude, it feels unprofessional. And I’m not paying for that.

The milk tea was great but the brown sugar boba was hard in the center…which kinda ruins the whole experience of boba tea. It makes me think the boba was sitting out too long and went stale.Update: I had food poisoning the morning after drinking this tea and had to go to urgent care. I’d be very wary of this store. Consume at your own risk.

It's a really cute place. The boba is perfect. Came here a couple of times this week only haha. I had an idea, to get espresso shots with me, and make brown sugar boba with lactose free milk with the espresso there and they helped me. Really appreciated it. If you're in the area definitely come here!

It is 1:18 PM on a Monday.I placed an online order via ChowBus. I get a text 20 minutes later, saying Ten One hasn't started my order. I am checking the progress of my order (it's 35 min after I placed it) and it still shows up as simply "order confirmed." I tried calling--twice--and nobody picks up. There is no way to leave voicemail, there is no confirmation that the number I dialed is actually Ten One Arsenal Yards. Where is my order? I ordered in advance on purpose because my friend is picking up and is on a tight schedule. Please have better customer service. Thank you.

I’ve had two drinks here so far, brown sugar boba with fresh milk, and lavender oolong with boba and milk foam. Both were excellent. The brown sugar flavor is strong and delicious. I’m really excited about this place!!Edit 9/7/23 tried another drink, mango green tea with white boba and coconut gel. This place continues to be excellent!
