My roommates and I love acai bowls and we love Vitality bowls especially!! The vitality bowl, tropical bowl, and superfood bowl are our favorites. We usually order delivery, but today I made a mistake on the order and accidentally ordered for pickup. The store was about to close so I gave them a call and the owner answered, coming to our rescue! She was so kind and personally delivered our bowls. Will definitely be ordering again!

Don’t know why this place has bad ratings. We had a great experience! The girl working there is so sweet and friendly, the food is really delicious and wait time was OK. Definitely can recommend!

Drove over f Waltham at 3:30 pm, because I really wanted a smooothie and the reviews look good. Sign on the door says "out to lunch" and no time of return offered. Boo! Thanks for wasting my time and gasoline.

Got a steak wrap today. It is my favorite wrap and get it relatively often. The steak was so tough, it was hard to chew it and I found hair in the wrap. Still tasted good as always, but a little off putting this time.

Love the acai bowls and the girls on weekends makes the best. I heard about the guy during the weekday sucks! That is so true, he was arguing with me because he couldn't remember what I ordered and watching him throw away so many fruits away because he was making so many mistakes is a shame and losing money fornthe company. They need to fire this guy!
One star for the açai bowl. It wasn't good.
Every time I come here, I hate myself. The wait is extremely long. So long, the staff forgets you ordered and paid. Expect a 20 min wait for a 2-min to prepare açaí bowl

Staff is extremely slow and extremely rude. Bowl was poorly made, very messy and staff was not willing to fix it. Sophie is the worst and I will never shop anywhere she is working.
