Was my 1st time there last week picking up an order. The lady sent my order with another order with the ubereats driver. She said she couldn't help me out. She didn't even say sorry or I can redo your order. She just said I can't do anything about it. The order is gone. The it was under the same name but Specifically the order said pick up in store and the other one uber. She was so rude so rude. Never going there again.

I used their Google link to order a meal for pick up and they let a “doordasher” take my food without even confirming an order number. Then they refused to offer me a refund/remake my food, just telling me to call doordash

Go to WALTHAM for the best authentic Mexican!
Ordered a food delivery which arrived missing items. I tried to resolve the issue by calling the restaurant. The first person I spoke to would not respond in English to me so I asked her in Spanish to speak to someone who knows English. I then spoke to a man in English and he didn't know how to help me or refund my order. He lied and said someone else would call me later. I called back several more times to try to be refunded for my order and they began hanging up on me. I emailed them my complaint and demand for a refund. 8 days later I finally got a proper response and was refunded for the missing items.
Also the carnitas burrito was not very good as the meat was quite bland.

Our Las Amigas experience was an interesting one. The food was good, especially for an area where it is difficult to find highly reviewed Central American fare. We were taken aback by a few things:

1. The order we received was inaccurate.
2. There was a large party tip added for a party of two. We did not see this item added (it was on the check up by the food as if we ordered it) and we weren’t careful, so we ended up tipping heavily. At the end of the day, that’s not a big deal, but it did equate to be nearly 30% tip for counter service.
3. The television in the restaurant is very loud. If talking over telenovelas is your thing, this is the spot.
4. The sign said the bar was open but there was no bartender and no one offered to take a cocktail order when we went to the bar area.
5. The pictures of the food on the menus do not match the food descriptions/what’s served.

All of this amounts to a not-so-great experience, but the place is clean, the food is good, and I enjoy supporting a small business. If you go, I hope you enjoy.

One of Massachusetts's biggest hidden gems. There isn't many better places out there known for their tacos and other Honduran dishes. Their quesabirria tacos are sublime, as I have not had better yet. Papusas and tamales are also very underrated appetizers. I wish there were a more expansive menu for stews, soups or other Central American dishes that would further expand my palate. Higher percentile ranking for their pricing, but very much well worth it.
