I have officially found the WORST Dunkin, unfortunately it’s right by my house. Once in a while I will cave and go here, sometimes I get what I ordered. The food tastes freeze dried. This is my first and hopefully last review I will have to do. Honestly, I did it for others to avoid.

Why do you accept mobile orders, have 4 employees standing around and im still sitting there waiting 5 min fir an order i placed two miles away from the location!!!! Ended up leaving without my damn order since i have a 40 min drive to work!

Mobile orders regularly take upwards of 15-20 minutes. Just go somewhere else.

Afternoon service is HORRIBLE. I was waiting for an online order for 15 minutes not one employee out of 3 acknowledged me or asked me what I was waiting for then to get a coolata that is barely made correctly the consistency was syrup with crushed ice, not a frozen drink at all.

As always the coffee, drinks and food were delicious but the restroom toilet was not as clean as the rest of the shop.
