Servers are described as excellent and fantastic, with staff members like Katie and Morgan receiving special praise. The food was delicious, with huge portions and a casual comfortable atmosphere. Tuesday nights feature music bingo which is so much fun. While the food is great, it can take quite a while to arrive and the staff could be friendlier. The music playing can sometimes be questionable for a family setting. Overall, the restaurant maintains a friendly environment with attentive staff and delicious food.
