The food is great, fresh with so many creative maki's. The staff is very friendly and service is excellent.

Dietary restrictions: They accommodate my granddaughters sesame allergy and my SIL's peanut allergy

Ordered takeout and the fish is not fresh and smells like ammonia. Unacceptable. My wife is currently throwing up. I will be contacting the Wayland board of health after this.

This is a good sushi place, the food was good, the fish was reasonably fresh (the Magura was borderline, but the rest was good). Large sushi filets, but also on large rice paddies. The rainbow maki was a bit too crunshy for my taste, not smooth enough, but it tasted good. The spcy tuna appetizer was innovative with lots of crunch to go with the fish, but much too sweet.

Minus points for keeping the place freezing cold and for serving my beer in an aluminum mug. Beer and metal is a bad combination!

The location is a bit off the street, which makes for easy seating early on without a wait, we arrived at 6 and at 7, it was still not filled up.

Parking: The mall seems pretty empty after 6 with plenty of street parking right in front.
