Fairly small menu but that's not a bad thing because what they have, they make very well! Our server was AMAZING - very helpful but also friendly and fun.

This place offers a welcoming atmosphere, even during the quieter hours between lunch and dinner. The central bar, surrounded by high-top tables, booths, and window seating, is designed to encourage social interaction, making it an ideal spot to meet new people. As a modern American sports bar, it features contemporary American cuisine with generous, feel-good portions. While the food is excellent, the establishment stands out as a great place for late dinners and drinks at the bar. I’m looking forward to returning for the laid-back evening experience.

Had a very nice lunch here. Turkey club sandwich that was made with real turkey! The French fries were funky looking but tasty. My companion had a burger with a gluten free bun. She really enjoyed it. Would definitely go back.

Very Happy that The Local has gone back to a more advanced menu. The covid years were hard and the menu suffered greatly. I’ve taken out twice in the last month and the food has been great each time. The smashburger, French dip and chicken tender sandwich should be on your short list everytime. The quality of ingredients, variety of menu choices, preparation of food and timeliness of take out should all be commended. If you haven’t visited in a while…do yourself a favor and go back.

1 of the 2 greeter girls told us booths were not available, however, somehow sat the people that came after us. That was humiliating to know we were there before the family that walked in, so we settled for basic seats close to the entrance. My father was cold, it was his birthday as well. This was a terrible experience to be seated not as priority when our reservation was in. I don't know why they would deny us booths seats despite that my parents were waiting well before the couple that walked it. I guess this is today's world. We reserved seats for 4 and they knew we had no choice but to accept their seating offer. But to see them give the booth seats to someone walking in really infuriated me.

Been here a few times and really can't find anything to complain about.
Everything is reasonably priced, the menu has plenty to choose from and the atmosphere is very inviting.

#1 in the area. I love it and wish I could come here more.

Please eat here. My father was in a nearby hospice residence and I ordered lunch here to pick up, but I forgot I didn't have my car. When I called the restaurant to see if I could cancel and reorder through GrubHub, the young woman to whom I spoke, not knowing my situation, said, "No, I'll drive it to you." When I told her she had made a miserable day a little better, she included a piece of cake. She also refused a tip but I just threw the money in her car. Wish everyone took customer service this seriously!

Three for drinks and dinner. Nothing like a Local Old Fashioned. The others enjoyed margaritas. I had the quinoa power bowl with chicken. Ample portion of veggies and grain for a healthy meal, chicken was moist and everything tasted great! The kitchen forgot the sides of guacamole and sour cream for the other dishes although the server was prompt with fixing the situation. We keep coming back and we are never disappointed.

Got the fish tacos with a ceaser salad. Salad was all hard ends and the tacos were a sloppy mess and the tortillas were stale. And the service was slow and off putting
