The service is normally fine when the regular guy with the long hair is running things but when it’s the younger guys it’s completely unorganized. Food I ordered was not placed until 10 minutes later when I asked about it and then the guy before me was 10 minutes late so we had to end early. I hope the regular guy is back the next time I come back.

Went this morning to participate in the St Pattys day scramble. Upon arriving i asked the person at the desk if they could help set me and my friend up for it. Told him we already had the app. He had no idea how to do it, he asked the other person working and they had no idea as well. How can something be promoted but no one in the building knows how to set it up. On top of that the mouse wasn’t working for our bay, and the touchscreen was far off which took more time than necessary to scroll through screen options. Very disappointing for sure

What's not to like? Great simulators at X (in fact, ours had a little mechanical bug and was this fixed immediately) and a nice bar area, excellent selection of courses and brews. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, including golf pros. Worth the $, especially over the cold New England winters.

The guy who was working never came over to us and cut us off in the middle of swinging (5 minutes early & made a joke about how the bay wasn't working) to shut down our golf. When we were checking out he didn't say one word to us and when I told him the issues we were having with the bay he said it was my fault even though we were all having issues. The first bartender we had was great.
