They have gotten better. When people are inside ordering they used to let you stand there and wait and not acknowledge you. Now as soon as you go in someone will ask you what would you like. So in my opinion they have gotten better.

i am beyond shocked with how bad the service was here. We went through the drive through just wanting some food normal, then we were charged for a buffalo ranch sause even tho they didn’t have it and that was fine nothing crazy we ask if we could just have some ranch instead or sweet n sour girl at the window said she didn’t know if we could have the sauce we paid for then the manager came back with a refund and no sause she was completely rude to us she slammed open the window and had an impolite manner the whole time then said “here, we dont have that”and started to walk off really fast and like she didn’t care in the slightest we then asked for the sause again and she seemed mored annoyed gave it to us then stormed off again so disrespectful

Got a meal I believe yesterday or the day before and it was sort of what I ordered. All I didn't understand was why it showed 2 hasbrowns in the photo when you're only given one with the meal...The employee/manager was no help. It was like she didn't even know. Just told me it comes with one hashbrown. Still a good place. I eat here quite a bit even though I know I will regret it later.

Overall, it doesn’t look like they’re working in a team, they’re just there to make some money, which results in poor quality service for the customer for both dine-in and in drive-through.

Typical McDonald’s. Everything is consistently underwhelming, you go cause it’s nearby and on the go. Always always always have to wait, move up or pull to waiting spot. Doesn’t matter what you order or when. You will do it regardless of location or too. Food is always cold or warm if you’re lucky. Fast food has become anything but that. It’s slow you gotta wait just to be disappointed anyway. Prices are same as restaurants. What’s even the point anymore? Service terrible, cleanliness terrible,‘communication terrible. Etc etc if you been to McDonald’s you know what it is and what you’ll get.
