Consistently makes my coffee right, which is more than I can say for most Dunkin locations. Drive thru usually moves pretty quickly too!

This goes for all Dunkin locations in the area. I don’t know what happened to the quality of coffee/food but it is god awful. Coffee is always gross and bitter. Food comes out raw. Dunkin lost me as a customer. Better off making coffee at home.

Is that legal to charge tax on bottle drink? I am not sure.

I visit this drive thru at lease twice weekly on my way to work. I usually order from the app before arriving. The line tends to move pretty quickly considering this location seems to be extremely busy in the morning. My order is usually just as I ask. My go to drink is the refresher! They are the best location to buy my favorite drink because I have gotten it from other locations in the area and it is not always up to par. This is my favorite location!

Three things wrong.. I first walking in to wash my hands in the bathroom. I then came out and waiting to be served as both people looked at me and acknowledged I was there even got a smile from the guy with long black hair. The girl with long blonde hair didn't even look at me, even though she kept come towards me doing what she was doing. Neither asked what they could get me, or even said I'll be right with you. I thought I would be respectful and wait till they were done with the orders they were filling. I notice the the guy got his hair/wig in the sandwich he was making, didn't care.As I'm still waiting I notice the blonde girl had multiple drinks on the counter in front of me, she sniffed one and then poured it in a drink she was making for the person in the drive-thru. Who knows how long those drinks that were made have been sitting there. They finally asked if I was waiting for something... I was waiting for them to take my order! They way they respond was unacceptable, I then said no.. not now... as I walked out the guy with the wig told me that I should have said something, even though I was standing there waiting patiently for them to greet. Very rude! Very gross! Very unprofessional!

Great during week. Weekend expect to wait at least 10 minutes. Women who works Sat and Sun very rude and slow. Expect on weekends to wait and have your order 80% wrong

Worst location ever.

A great manager walked me through trouble w app. This is always one of the better run Dunkins, so much so that I wait an extra 15 min each morning for my first coffee, passing 2 Dunks during my AM commute when it brings me that way. That's a big deal!

Very poor customer service. Drinks made incorrectly, when asked to have the drink fixed met with A LOT of attitude. The 3rd time it happened I asked to have a refund and this woman insisted i fish the receipt out of the trash (which I did) and still didn’t give a refund. Please don’t bother, there are plenty of DDs that can make coffee correctly and aren’t mean to customers asking for a simple order.

The worst location, the worst customer service, the worst management, the worst attitude. If the staff have the slightest issue with you they will deliberately make your order wrong. In fact your coffee may not contain any coffee in it at all and will just be a cup of watered down milk with no flavor added. You can watch them not put any coffee in the cup at all and then proceed to gaslight you if you question it. Despite enjoying coffee everyday for over a decade and being able to tell that there is definitely no coffee in that cup. Despite going to other locations and having competent, friendly staff members make the drink perfect each time where you can clearly see, taste, smell, compare the difference. Despite having other people try my coffee and confirm it.If you politely and calmly ask for your drink to be fixed, after the 6th day of this happening to you in a row, they will get mad at you instead of correcting it. The supervisor will enable this, deny you a refund, will fight you on getting a replacement drink and lie to your face. If they eventually make you a new drink after a uphill battle it will be slightly better than the first one but still stripped down and missing some key components you paid extra for. You have to go in-person to resolve anything because if you politely phone in they will abruptly hang the phone up on you. Mid sentence… I’ve only called once and this was the reaction.Either 1) the machines broken and no longer dispenses coffee, 2) The staff member is making the same mistake everyday by accident, or 3) This is happening on purpose. I don’t know what is worse, honestly.. I’ve been to so many DD locations across multiple states, cities/towns, interacting with dozens of amazing staff members with no issues. “Unprofessional” doesn’t cut it, this location is toxic.
