The juices are absolutely amazing however service is office. I had to call twice just to find out that either an employee was on break or that the store was closed. You’re better off going inside the store rather than getting it delivered to your house.
Hours say open til 6 yet the door is locked at 4:30 on 5/10
Took a drive the to Wellesley store…and it was closed! Web site said it was open and no signs on the door. Very disappointed!
Not one to leave bad reviews but this one is deserved. Placed a 200$ order, waited over an hour to find out the store is closed. So they took my money and failed to even notify me that the store was closed. Very unprofessional and zero communication!
The employee who works there is super rude. She has an attitude problem and is rude for no reason to customers.
Love pressed n their juices, my 1 star rating is solely for the poor n extremely rude service provided by the staff at this particular location. I’ve been to several other locations n the employees have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
By far the worst customer service.I work around the area and because of the convenience I come here for pick up. All THREE times it was a bad experience.For whatever reason they always have their doors locked, no sign, no nothing. All three times. I didn’t go during lunch hours, or after hours. I went during the time I was told my order will be ready.The first two times, there was a man with horrible customer service and zero etiquette.Last week, which will the last time I order from here, the doors were again locked, and I waited outside for 10 mins, the young lady, finally decided to open, she came outside with an attitude, like as if I was doing her a disservice, she came outside and told me she’ll bring my order to me, she didn’t check the order, didn’t scan the code, nothing.Don’t other coming here. Drive to Newbury street, they have amazing customer service and the rep there is also very knowledgeable and kind.

Love this place! Best vegan dessert I have ever had! Highly recommend to anyone who’s dairy free or looking for a healthy alternative to frozen yoghurt!

I did the 1 day cleanse. Loved the taste of all the juices! I wasn't hungry at all. I lost 4.5 pounds, felt great and my skin looked awesome the next day. I will be doing more of these!!
Probably the worst vegan ice cream I’ve ever had. Got the ‘soft serve’ swirl which was entirely flavorless and the texture was hard similar to regular ice cream. It was also a relatively small cup of ice cream I got which was $8 and the middle of the swirl was hollow. Absolutely no redeeming qualities to this place as it was about a half hour wait through a small line. Avoid this place at all costs
Eh. Everything overpriced+mediocre. fruit is not that fresh and açaí bowl is not good. make your smoothies at home!!
Service and the vegan ice cream were both amazing! A barista named Kaela was so flexible with my special requests and was so sweet! Totally recommend!
Nope. Went to place an order for a cleanse, chose my pickup location but it would not give me an option of time/day to choose for pickup. I reached out to customer service, who were very helpful, and they mentioned I could place the order and pick it up the next day since it was after 7 PM. I placed the order and within 15 minutes, I received an email saying that my order was ready. Not a big deal, it was late I’m sure they were about to close and didn’t expect me to get it that night. When I went to pick up the order the next day, the girl at the counter told me that there was no order for me there. I showed her the email saying that it was ready and she said she would quickly put together the cleanse for me. Now mind you, I live an hour away from this location so it was not convenient for me to pick it up. The girl seemed really annoyed and was short and rude. I asked her if I could order in açai bowl to which she replied, “I can make you an açaí bowl when I’m done packing this up”. She obviously had no desire to be helpful so when she was finished and asked what I wanted to order, I told her to forget it and I grabbed my bags and left. The order process was not user-friendly, this location is way too far for me and clearly from my experience and reading the experiences of others, customer service is not something they focus on. Oh, and I tipped them online. For what? No thanks.?
