Update:
Considering while we did eat our subs with anger due to a disrespectful cashier, we both agreed that this restaurant does have exceptional food. It was not my intent in writing my review for the cashier to lose his/her job. The response did reveal however that this owner/restaurateur runs a tight ship and that is exceptional professionalism that should be commended. So I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star at least until I visit again.
