BEWARE: there is a barista, who can’t sing her way out of a paper bag, that sings loudly like she’s at a karaoke bar. At least there’s outdoor seating.

Derrick the barista enjoys his work and is very pleasant to customers creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Customer service is poor at best and none of the guys working there seem to know what’s going on as far as how to execute their jobs or what drinks are on their own menu. Will be back to harass. For funsies

Absolutely wonderful location! Wonderful students from Wellesley middle school who are both kind and respectful to others around! I have never seen such wonderful kids!!

Vegetarian options: Many different options to choose from!

Dietary restrictions: Many choices for people with dietary restrictions such as keeping kosher (like me.)

Parking: Many parking spots available!

Kid-friendliness: All the staff members are extremely kind and friendly to all the kids. For example I overheard that this kid had just gotten braces and couldn’t eat anything. One of the staff members gave her a safe treat!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with handicap parking spots really close to the door.

The lines were very long here and I feel like they shouldn't take Mobile orders at certain times or have more staff. The store is pretty small and cramped. I wouldn't plan on staying there unless it's warm enough to sit outside.
