Great location, the staff are always super friendly and go the extra mile. I’m always amazed at how fast and efficient they are considering how busy they get around lunchtime - I’ve been going for months and I’ve never had a single issue. 10/10

30 minutes for a bowl… and a fly?
Ordered at 7:28, promised at 7:45, got it at 8:00. It’s a salad, not a Michelin-star tasting menu. Everything was right in front of them, and yet, here we are. Oh, and surprise! I was almost done eating when I found a dead fly in my bowl. Now I’m nauseous. Absolutely disgusting. Maybe it was included for extra protein? SweetGreen, do better.

The food was fine. My issue is that my debit card was skimmed at the Linden Street, Wellesley location. Only place I used my debit card in over a week. If you go to this location, please use caution and use cash instead

Imagine waiting over 30 minutes for your food to be delivered, seeing a notification that it’s on its way, seeing the driver a few minutes away from your house… and suddenly the order gets cancelled with no good explanation.

If this happened just once, I would have thought nothing of it. But this has happened to my family on more than one occasion and it’s extremely aggravating.

I order when I have a busy work day and I know I don’t have time to pick up a meal before a meeting. Now I have deal with finding a new restaurant to deliver a meal at 2:45pm, and doing so WHILE in that meeting.

I wish Sweetgreen Wellesley would understand the pain this creates and why a refund of what I paid feels like an empty gesture. The fact that this has happened *more than once* erodes my trust in them and makes me less likely to order again. It sucks because the salads are good, and the people are nice otherwise.

I wish my salad was mixed more thoroughly. And the complimentary bread was a bit hard and not as fresh as usual. Maybe next time will be better. It was very quiet and not many customers waiting, I should have said something.

This sweetgreen is consistently the best sweetgreen I’ve ever been to. The employees there absolutely hook it up. The bowl I get has HEFT every time it’s actually unreal. I go out of my way to go to this sweetgreen.

I got a kale caesar and ate it within 15 min of picking it up. within an hour I had horrible stomach cramping and was sick.

Luckily they were responsive and credited my salad, but I am concerned about their food handling standards.

Usually love Sweetgreen, but this time my salad had sand in it. Clearly, the greens weren’t washed properly. Please improve quality control!
