I got the miso glazed salmon. Salmon was the size of my finger. It was so small and dry. Cucumber was not fresh and weird cutting I would say my 5 year old nephew might cut it better. I’m definitely not coming back to this location. This is ridiculous I don’t care how much it charges but they should keep their food quality and freshness.

I eat at this location frequently. With the last month of so I have two Harvest Bowls with burnt sweet potatoes. I understand staff putting bad food in once but not twice . Not enjoyable picking through the salad. Hopefully they improve.

The food is healthy and delicious but their ordering system is terrible!! They don’t even give you the option to place an order with an employee over the phone. Tried to place my order on their website (that didn’t work either). The actual store location wouldn’t even come up on the website and would only display a few stores far away even when I put in the exact location. The website won’t let you create an online order which forces customers to download the app, give email information etc which is a major no for me. I’m trying to get a bite to eat, i’m not trying to give you my address my email my information and download an app just to get food. Your website should be accessible for everyone to place orders online without having the app it’s 2024 and no I’m not a boomer and i am tech savvy. Just a very timely annoying process trying to make a single order, took me over 20 mins to place the order. Not cool.

Lia at Sweetgreen is a gem of a human being and employee. She was extremely friendly, happy to answer any questions, and made two amazing meals. We came in 20 minutes to close and she treated us as if she just opened the restaurant. She deserves some extra praise for the way she treats customers.

They are heavily staffed for online orders but when you are there in person (at lunchtime - 1pm) to get a salad that they have one person doing salads (same person checking you out too) while many in line...and then they ask for you to fill in tip at checkout. Am I missing anything?

I have been a royal customer of sweetgreen for years. However, the fish taco salad that I ordered through doordash was contaminated and I got sick for days with vomiting, diarrhea, bloating. I will never order from sweetgreen.

i only come to this sweetgreen because it's convenient. but yet again disappointed in the service. the last time I ordered I got a bone in my chicken. now the siracha on the side is barely filled
