Personally I would not have changed the name, but I think it's really funny they did. Delicious and good service, food is always ready quickly for pickup too. Yaki Udon and Taro bubble tea are my favorites, sushi is lovely as well. Salmon avocado roll and shrimp teriyaki are great. Miso soup always delicious.

I absolutely love Katara! The staff is amazing! The food is at best quality as well as the drinks! Me and my peers are regulars here! Definitely recommend! It’s great for date nights, business chats, and family nights ☺️

The sushi was not the typical basic types but were unique art pieces that resembled the affordable restaurant and the unique Japanese style they have. The complimentary tiramisu with a lububu was a delightful surprise, highlighting their hospitality. A great spot for innovative sushi!
