UNCHARACTERISTRICALLY LONG WAIT. Usually good, fast, friendly. Today we were there THIRTY MINUTES waiting for four sandwiches. New staff still learning the ropes, which is understandable, but at least a dozen other sandwiches got made for people ordering •after• us before we got our four. Hope this process improves considerably in the next few weeks...
