Love everything this place has to bring forth! The Staff are amazing 👏
This is the nicest small DQ I have seen yet. Service is normally good and the restaurant and grounds seem well taken care of. They do have an unpaved overflow lot with small marked signs. Only thing I don't like about this restaurant is when their drive thru line stretches noticably onto Rt 12, a busy road.
Update: They currently have the popcorn shrimp as of April 2025
I asked for two chili dogs only got one. Then after I got my second one there was no cheese on it. Lame as hell
Parking lot is not wonderful but the drive thru went quickly even though I had about 10 cars in front of me.

Every time I stop at this Dairy Queen in West Boylston I am there for one thing only: precious cheese curds. Maybe it’s the young staff. Maybe it’s being away from a big city and there is actual dedication being poured into a task. But every single time I go back they seem to get better and better. I mean look at the SIZE of that thing!!! I drive all the way from Worcester (and there is a DQ in Worcester) to ensure that my cheese curds are of utmost quality and I have never once regretted this decision. Thank you to the employees of this location, you have earned a very loyal customer.
I went through the drive-thru last evening and whoever took my order was so nice! Then when I paid, that person was so nice as well. It really is the little things, especially around the holidays. Their kindness definitely did not go unnoticed. :))

Manager is a jerk. Accused me of trying to get something for free. I never did that. They made a mistake in my order. So I just said no problem can I get a ice cream cone instead. Sure but then he changed me five dollars for it. Bad customer service
