I went through the drive-thru last evening and whoever took my order was so nice! Then when I paid, that person was so nice as well. It really is the little things, especially around the holidays. Their kindness definitely did not go unnoticed. :))

Manager is a jerk. Accused me of trying to get something for free. I never did that. They made a mistake in my order. So I just said no problem can I get a ice cream cone instead. Sure but then he changed me five dollars for it. Bad customer service

It was my grandson’s 14 th birthday and he has gluten allergy. The manager arranged to make him an ice cream cake that was not only gluten free but well decorated and delicious. The hit of the party. Thanks so much!

The people at this location consistently go above and beyond in both the quality of the food put out and the customer service they provide. You should be proud of yourselves, what an amazing crew!!! I hope DQ stays a staple of West Boylston for a long time to come!!

DQ never changes, the bugers were ok, I wonder if teenagers talk to their parents like the way they do in public. I believe parents should stop spoiling their kids and start using ivory soap and a nice switch on their dairyair.
