Darby's Bakery is an absolute gem, earning every bit of its 5-star rating! I recently visited and was completely blown away by their Pepperoni Focaccia. It was incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and had that ideal crunch on the outside with a wonderfully soft interior. Seriously, it's one of the best focaccias I've ever had! To go along with my pastry, I tried the Candy Bar Latte, which was also delicious. It was expertly mixed and had a fantastic balance of flavors – a real treat. Beyond the amazing food and drinks, the experience was made even better by the staff. Everyone was so pleasant, and the overall environment was incredibly friendly and inviting. I'll definitely be back to Darby's Bakery soon, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious baked goods, great coffee, and a wonderful atmosphere!

The best baked goods in central MA! Super fresh, and delicious. The cookies had crispy edges and a soft baked center… perfection. Everything is thoughtfully and freshly made. Don’t bother going anywhere else, they won’t compare. I’d add pictures but there are no leftovers!

Needed something quick in this new area I traveled to. The staff is super kind, and the spinach feta focaccia was amazing and warm. Delish! I could not wait, as I got into the car I was pulling it apart to eat some.
