Can’t even make the coffee right!! You literally are a coffee shop! The only coffee shop that’s is consistently inconsistent. All Dunks in this franchise are consistently disappointing.

This store is a disaster!! Ordering is always a difficult task, and I need to frequently correct the order at the window. I had an employee yell at me and give me the middle finger in the background while I was having a conversation with the manager about these issues. I'll be looking for a new location to get my SIMPLE order of 2 coffees and 2 donuts...

I’m not exaggerating they literally NEVER make drinks correctly OR this franchise owner specifically cuts corners/portions to increase profit margin. In what world is an iced latte or iced machiatto dark dark brown and bitter ?!? It’s suppose to be 90% milk and just shots of expresso. $7 beverage being made incorrectly dozens of times is clearly purposeful or every employee of yours doesn’t understand what a latte or machiatto and their just adding an espresso shot to an iced coffee base.

Terrible experience. I placed my order on the app to pick up. My son went to pick up the food. 25 minutes wait for one bagel with cream cheese, two hash browns one donut a drink and croissant. Never stepping my foot again!

If I could give this DD negative stars I would. I live about 2 mins away from it & REFUSE to go there for coffee due to the order being wrong literally every single time. Workers ask for your order MULTIPLE times & still get it wrong. A lot of times seasonal drinks are still on the menu & when you order they say we don’t have that anymore. It’s just poorly ran & the workers are clueless. It’s in a very convenient location but I prefer drive to West Boylston Street in Worcester to get a coffee that’s made properly.
Reliable location to get your Dunkin fix. Most recently, I picked up a few bagels to go, and they're first rate.
