Hubby swears the roast beef grinder is the best. He stops and gets one every time we're in Massachusetts. I ordered jalapeno poppers and boneless chicken, not great, very average. I have had their fish and chips there which were great.

Steve (if that's your name), I just want to say that your food is spectacular for sure; that's why I've continued to go to your place for so long now, but I find you and your staff quite stuffy and not very personable. I have been going there for about 30 years now and still you don't know me or even my first name. What up with that? I always feel like I am in Seinfelds soup Nazy kitchen going into your place but I love your food so i swallow whats good and spit out what's not in terms of personality. I know people who say they were turned off and will never go in there again becuae of that persona but I choose to keep going because I'm hooked on the delish flavors. To each his own but just saying....tell you staff to Lighten up and get to know there regulars outside the box! Love the food.

My family has been ordering from Steve's since as early as 1960 when you were over in the building with Meola's package store. I have never once had any problem with what we ordered. We brag on you and have people come from the other side of Worcester county to eat your food. For the first time, I had a bad experience with your fish and chips on 10/10. Our two orders contained only the thin tail ends of the fish rather than the great pieces we usually get. They were thin and very chewy.and hard. I know it is not your regular because I am always excited to order this. Just thought i'd let you know.

That’s the last time I’ll ever eat at Steve’s Pizza again. They may have good food, but no matter how much I’ve asked them to give me less cheese or even requested, (half the cheese,) they do just what they like. On 3 different occasions I’ve bought cheese pizza and requested “LITE CHEESE PLEASE,” very specifically, they ignore my request and pile on the cheese. Might not matter to them but they’ve lost me as a customer for good.
