I came into the Bridgewater location with my husband and my daughter who was home from college visiting. We came in to have food and watch the patriots game. The waitress took our drink order and we put in an appetizer order. The waitress came back and asked us if we wanted to place our lunch orders, we said not yet. I our appetizers came and she came over again and asked if we wanted to place our lunch order. We again said not yet. Once again she came over a third time and asked again if we wanted to place our orders. I’m looking at my husband basically saying what is the rush. I said let’s just order and we did. The waitress was so aggressive and intimidating that I thought I was the student and she was the teacher. I ordered a Rueben and I got pastrami, I ate half the sandwich and didn’t say anything. We just wanted to get out of there. The waitress asked if I wanted to wrap my leftovers and I said no, she could easily see that I didn’t eat the meal and she never asked me if it was ok. My family was so stressed dealing with this waitress, my daughter was begging me not to say anything to the waitress and I regret that and that’s why I writing this. When people come to your restaurant, they want to relax and enjoy, have good service and food. I will never come back to your restaurant. Maybe you should have the waitresses especially the one who waited on us have some hospitality training. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit. Very nice, affordable, clean and friendly atmosphere. Some of the food, especially the apps are standard box frozen typical chain restaurant type foods, not creatively made by chefs, but nice specials etc.

Called in takeout ready in 20 minutes showed up and waited for another 40 minutes to find out the order never got put through but I paid for the order then the manager tells me a door dash person got the order. I've been going to this location for a long time and the service has continuously gotten worse along with quality of the food will not be returning

Went in to grab a quick lunch on a rainy day. Food was delicious and the boy, Dillon, who brought it out was very nice. Manager was very nice too. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat- this is the place!
