“First timer. Crowded but no wait. Had the feel of higher class Bickford's. I had a 5 eggwhite omelet with tomatoes feta and bacon. Excellent except the bacon was way undercooked. I did not alert the server. The server was a little robotic but friendly and very professional. The restrooms need updated. Yesterday.”

“The best Teriyaki Chicken Bowl I’ve ever had, highly recommend this if you come here. Service was incredible extremely fast within 15 minutes after ordering for a table of 14. Noise level is perfect you can hear everything not too quiet not to loud. Plenty of seating with a variety of seating options. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained handicap accessible.”

He answered them kindly and efficiently, while still being able to service the customers in person, to keep things moving quickly. We also tried the s’mores bar, which was amazing and deadly! Our last item was the blueberry scone and it was so yummy! We will definitely be back!”

“I would recommend Tom & Jimmy’s on 44 Winthrop Street 100%!! My daughter has a tree nut allergy and every time I mention it they go out of their way to wash the utensils, hands, and put on gloves! I really appreciate how far they go for my little one! We have been turned down at other local ice cream places! But here never once and we go quite often!! I appreciate all the girls that work there and appreciate how safe they are! ❤️”
