I came here on a Sunday evening went through the drive through and was told by a young man he was on his 10 min break so he could not serve me. Very very poor customer service!!! Will never come here again nor will I recommend this location. Not even worth 1 star

I’m giving only 3 stars because I rarely ever get to try the food. Every time I come if it’s this young gentlemen (not the girl who works here) it’s always food station is down and we only do donuts. I come here 7 days a week and he’s the only one who will not serve food.

Edge of the bagel was burnt while the middle wasn't toasted. I think they usually forget to toast it, so I'll just have to start asking for not toasted.
GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!! Young Girl at window with dark hair is rude and I quote “you’re the one with so many freaking things”. Atitude check please. And burnt coffee plus cold sandwiches

Had a gift card and asked for a medium hot no sugar. Wasted the card, since they added sugar anyway. When you're a zombie and don't listen to your customers, I get very frustrated. Told them twice. No sugar. Diabetic. Go to Cumby's, and make your own.
