I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve had too many bad experiences at this Dunkin’. Some of the staff are very rude and disrespectful to customers. When people come to Dunkin’, they just want a coffee and a good start to their day. If someone doesn’t want to treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be working there. Dunkin’ really needs to talk to the staff about customer service, because this behavior is not okay. Thank you!

Waited 30 mins for an iced coffee didnt seem like it was going to be made anytime soon considering the customer who ordered AFTER me got their coffee before me I asked for a refund, got attitude, told me they couldnt do refunds, finally got my coffee just for it to be wrong. Dont waste your money here.

I went inside on Saturday august 2, 2025 The girl who waited on me was very pleasant . However, the physical place was very dirty On both sides of the counter. Cheese on the floor that a worker could slide on Dirty counters, etc Not a good look
This place is awful constantly messing up orders and rude especially the assistant manager. She stated for me to pull up and park and she would bring my food order out which consisted of two bagels toasted with cream cheese and one wake up route and I waited about 10 minutes and I realized nobody was in the drive up. I walked inside nobody was inside either and she was just standing there She forgot to bring out my food and didn’t even apologize, unreal.

I got a drink about 20 minutes ago while mixing it I noticed there was a piece of paper in it. I thought it was from my own straw but it wasn’t, it was an order sticker that goes on the cups, crumbled up, and not even from my order 😔.
