I went inside on Saturday august 2, 2025 The girl who waited on me was very pleasant . However, the physical place was very dirty On both sides of the counter. Cheese on the floor that a worker could slide on Dirty counters, etc Not a good look

This place is awful constantly messing up orders and rude especially the assistant manager. She stated for me to pull up and park and she would bring my food order out which consisted of two bagels toasted with cream cheese and one wake up route and I waited about 10 minutes and I realized nobody was in the drive up. I walked inside nobody was inside either and she was just standing there She forgot to bring out my food and didn’t even apologize, unreal.

I go here often cause it’s my local Dunkin but you guys recently keep messing up my order or giving me something I didn’t order instead and the coffee recently has tasted horrible. I’m finding a new Dunkin cause you guys aren’t it :/

I got a drink about 20 minutes ago while mixing it I noticed there was a piece of paper in it. I thought it was from my own straw but it wasn’t, it was an order sticker that goes on the cups, crumbled up, and not even from my order 😔.

I asked this lazy brunette for ONE coffee roll. ONE coffee roll in the drive through and claimed they didn’t have any after literally telling me that I can have it but not heated up. I walked inside and guess what I saw? Five coffee rolls lined up on the rack... my mom asked for a cold foam coffee and she quite literally didn’t get the cold foam. This place sucks and so does the workers attitude and demeanor.

30 minute wait for a sandwich (no napkins) and a burnt coffee. Obviously they aren’t training workers the right way. Do they no longer know how to run a coffee shop? For the amount I pay in this economy I would hope they would treat the customer a bit better, giving decent food! Guess the manager doesn’t care.

Today I got some hashbrowns or it should have been hashmush and cold. For the over price we are paying they should be cooked at time of order not sitting in a warmer. As for all there other over priced products I think it’s time to boycott DD until they come back and take care of the consumers and not there pocket.
