30 minute wait for a sandwich (no napkins) and a burnt coffee. Obviously they aren’t training workers the right way. Do they no longer know how to run a coffee shop? For the amount I pay in this economy I would hope they would treat the customer a bit better, giving decent food! Guess the manager doesn’t care.

Today I got some hashbrowns or it should have been hashmush and cold. For the over price we are paying they should be cooked at time of order not sitting in a warmer. As for all there other over priced products I think it’s time to boycott DD until they come back and take care of the consumers and not there pocket.

Apparently, all ovens get shut down at 5:30 to “be cleaned” while the store closes at 7pm. So don’t expect to get any warm food after that time. I guess, getting out at exactly 7pm is more important than earning business and making money.

Had to order 3 different food items before one was available for purchase. I know that there are supply chain issues but they should be able to make it so you cannot order the item in the app if they do not have it.

This Dunkin really does a nice job! My egg sandwich was cooked fresh and delicious. Watching the servers enjoying thier job servicing the customers from my comfy corner spot was really a pleasurable experience. THANKS

This is hands down the worst Dunkin' in the immediate area. And it has been for years now. Orders are always incorrect, the drive-thru is a consistent disaster, and the employees are rude. I avoid this location unless absolutely necessary. And even then I typically avoid it. H is a terrific person and a great worker, but she has no help here. One person can't do everything all the time. The two elderly owners are incompetent as well, and it's obviously trickling down the ladder.
