Apparently, all ovens get shut down at 5:30 to “be cleaned” while the store closes at 7pm. So don’t expect to get any warm food after that time. I guess, getting out at exactly 7pm is more important than earning business and making money.

This Dunkin really does a nice job! My egg sandwich was cooked fresh and delicious. Watching the servers enjoying thier job servicing the customers from my comfy corner spot was really a pleasurable experience. THANKS

Since Dunkies went from foam cups to paper cups that CONSTANTLY leak, I don't buy coffee or anything from them. The lids do not fit, close and cover properly. Today I asked for a large black hot, the server put the lid on and it burnt her, and then dribbled down the side. So she put it in another cup, still dribbled down the side, leaked in my car cup holder. I get the coffee home, out of the car, and opening my front door and the cup starts to cave on, and the coffee burns me. Wonderful. Great crew at the WeBe DD, but the environmental friendly paper cups are pure GARBAGE. Dunkies lost me as a customer.

This is hands down the worst Dunkin' in the immediate area. And it has been for years now. Orders are always incorrect, the drive-thru is a consistent disaster, and the employees are rude. I avoid this location unless absolutely necessary. And even then I typically avoid it. H is a terrific person and a great worker, but she has no help here. One person can't do everything all the time. The two elderly owners are incompetent as well, and it's obviously trickling down the ladder.

I really like this place, but there is a big old lady who works here and is always miserable and mean and angry .and always yells at me for no reason. So I am going to stop coming here for a long time.Someone needs to give her chill pills ?

Had to order 3 different food items before one was available for purchase. I know that there are supply chain issues but they should be able to make it so you cannot order the item in the app if they do not have it.

I found a dead ant at the bottom of my refresher after half way of drinking it, so disgusting. I couldn't get a refund because I ordered my food through DoorDash, I'm very disappointed. I was also not given a straw.
