For context, this is the first time in my life I am taking the time to write a review. Never in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience at Dunkin. The ladies that worked here gave the most miserable customer experience ever. I am going to be telling every single person I know to never visit this location.
I legitimately was speechless, I couldn’t even get mad I was so shocked at how poorly they were treating us. There were a few other customers in line and we were staring at each other in awe of how horrible the experience was. To top it off they gave us the wrong food and coffee and when we asked if the could fix it they said “it’s close enough, too bad”.
I will be telling every single person I know to never, ever, visit this location. I will be leaving a message with corporate.

Ordered a medium Brown sugar shaken espresso and not only was it visually way lighter but tasted awful. I went to tell the employee that it tasted off and her response was rude, cold and unpleasant. She immediately fired out “what’s wrong with it” totally fair question. However the delivery was incredibly rude. I proceeded to tell her it tasted off and I order this all the time. She took less than 30 seconds and came back and handed me my drink and walked away. It was somehow worse. I drove to another location who was able to make the drink the right way and was pleasant to deal with. Avoid this location at all costs.

Got a drink and strawberry loaf cake. When I got home I decided to eat the loaf, I ate half of it. Got to the bottom of it and then discovered blue mold all over the bottom. Bro come on, put a sticker and get rid of them when they are expired. Drink was ok, service was ok but damn Its 24 hours later and I feel like I have a boulder inside my large intestine and am worried I may miss work tommorow. Hit my pocket and my well being. Thanks Dunks.

The short older lady with the frizzy dark hair needs a new job. She has the worst attitude and is blatantly rude to customers. Just because you hate your job, don’t take it out on paying customers.

I feel bad I can’t give 0 stars Just worst costumers service I ever had One old lady works there’s she is there like she don’t wants to but that’s nobody fault… I just didn’t like the way my food was in the bag I told her she said I just give the refund I wasn’t asking for refu d cause I want my food I just wanted it look better cause I paid for it… and the boy who came give the refund I told him you need better costumers services he gave me atitude saying this is not big thing trust me ….just ridiculous never goi g back there prefer to drive for is being hard even to have a breakfast ???
