This is the best Dunkin in a 10 mile radius. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and they are the only store that consistently gets the order right. Great crew. ?

whoever your male employee is with red hair and beard working today 8/15/23 @ 9:20am should be fired. He gave me attitude for asking for whipped cream on my drink and told me I didn’t order it. I did in fact order it. This place isn’t doing well enough to have a prideful ignorant man taking up shifts LMFAO. Do better or shut this location down. Another customer gone

I have come here probably 7 different times and all were with a mobile order and all were made incorrectly. Today is the last time I give it a try. Ordered a coffee and some food, food was made right but the iced coffee didn't have whipped cream, not a big deal so we ask for some and the kid says "you didn't order it with whipped cream" and argues with my girlfriend. She finds the order and guess what it says? whipped cream. I told him he could just add the whipped cream without arguing and he gave some attitude back. I get not wanting to work at DD when you're 30 but we all do jobs we don't want to sometimes and the rest of us try to have a good attitude.
Garbage service. Used that app to order and it never gets filled and there's no refunds so you got love it! Service is actually horrible

If i could give negative stars this dump would get minus 4 stars. Messed up the order and had an attitude and was rude to me when I brought it in to be corrected. Never go there again many other better places to go. Will try starbucks
