We got into the store and there was a bit of a line we waited for 15 mins watching people get frustrated at how long things were taking and saw a few people leave. We finally got up to the register and we're the last people left in the store and the drive through wasn't very busy either. As our order was getting taken the employee left multiple times to go complete other tasks that were not important at the time (like taking out the trash and breaking up Ice for about 5 mins) . There were 2 other employees at the time that were not helping anyone. It took about 8 mins to make 2 redbull drinks and the employee didn't even start our food yet or ring us up. She left again a few times and then finally decided to start our food after standing there for more than 10 mins. While waiting we observed the employees taking fresh donuts out of the front and hiding them in the back and telling customers at the drive through they didn't have any donuts or bagels when we could clearly see them. We also heard one of employees tell the other one to tell a customer they didn't have something because they didn't want to do it. Finally while working on our food the employee told us the microwave for the sandwiches "didn't work well". Our bacon on our sandwiches wasn't even cooked or warm when we got it. Our total wait including the wait to get to the cash register was over 30 mins in total! Absolutely ridiculous. I am very disappointed in this visit!
I love their coffee. The staff is always friendly. Never a long wait.
