Unfortunately this is the 3rd time my order was wrong. Tried it today because alls we ordered was 2 orders of garlic parm tots and got 1 Cajun tot and a veggie burger?? Unfortunately me and my husband won’t return.

I order on door dash and the order came fast but my sandwich was wrong to the point I could not eat it I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and caramelized onions and bacon I got lettuce bacon and mayo. I could not eat it when I went on the app the $402 bacon on a $15 dollar sandwich . The only way to put my review on the app is to take a $402 credit I order DoorDash a lot never say anything if it eatable the only I say anything if I do nothing get the order delivered.

Food was great and decently priced I got the bbq burger and my girlfriend got the chicken sandwich and they were both just right. The guy that was working was super friendly and informative and had excellent customer service skills
Had this place a few times now & I definitely give it an A! Recommend trying for sure.?Wings are great, chicken sandwiches were delish, burgers are bomb, tater tots nice n crispy.Just a whole lot of Yum. Milkshakes - hit the spot. Not a huge fan of the kids meal fries but I’m not a kid so they weren’t meant for me to like! lolSatisfied & stuffed.

Would give zero stars if it was an option: Just moved to the area from Plymouth where we LOVED the kkaties food there. The food and service at the W.Bridgewater location were both horrific in comparison. The website said they were open until 8pm, so at 6:30 we called. The phone rang and rang until finally it disconnected. We tried calling a few more times for the next 30 min and around 7pm decided to just take a drive and see if they were open. We got there, and 2 staff members just stared at us- no hi or nothing. I asked if they were still open and if they were could we order some food. The girl said yes and then continued to stare at me. I asked if the phones were down and she simply said no. No explanation of poor service offered. We ordered our food and waited in our car. At 7:10 the young man working walked over and flipped the closed sign up on the door. Shortly after we went in, paid for and got our food. The food was point blank disgusting. The burger patties were tiny and cooked like rocks, half the toppings that are supposed to be on the burgers we ordered were missing, and the fries were cooked/burnt enough to chip a tooth. I honestly cannot believe that the KKaties brand would support food and service like this, as all the others we’ve eaten at (Plymouth, Marshfield, and Hyannis ) have been great. So sad we wasted our money. Will not be going back.

A convenient grab & go burger joint located in the center of West Bridgewater. This review is based on my first experience there a month or two after they opened. I decided to go with a KKatie's KKMAC which was a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles and an order of fries. Overall the burger was tasty but I honestly wasn't that impressed and haven't been back since. A take-out restaurant that specializes in burgers should absolutely blow you away. I did not have a negative experience and I will absolutely go back at some point down the road.
While the food was being prepared, one of the girls ate fries right out of someone's order. Not to mention, the burgers were small and greasy.

My first time eating here was in Plymouth I live in the bridgewater area and seen this venue and decided to try it out, nothing but great service and good food 10 out of 10

I ordered over the phone the girl who took my order was very confused and talking to someone else at the same time I had to repeat the order three times when I went in to pick it up the three people in the store were so obviously stoned it wasn’t even funny both my burgers were totally wrong although the slip was correct will never go back
