When we order in person it’s great but order online is not so great. They don’t follow the instructions.. No spoon , no cone that was requested. Topping on only one ice cream was requested they put it on all. What if some has food allergies?!! Great flavor ice creams tho!!

I from stop here often for myself and my daughter (who loves them). Today, we ordered pints for delivery to hold us over. I received my mix ins on the side and they weren't nearly enough for a quart of ice cream. I'll stick to my medium next time.

I usually love this place and go here all the time for pickup orders. The ice cream has always been great, and up until recently I’ve never had any issues. Unfortunately, the last couple of times my experience hasn’t been the same.

The ice cream has been completely melted by the time I get home, even though I picked it up and brought it straight back like I always do. Today was even worse—it was ice cream soup and the portion was noticeably smaller than...
