I ordered my food the attendees was very disrespectful mess up my order plus I was trying to order breakfast she was real rude and disrespectful to me I'm done with Wendy's and anyone I'll keep them from eating there Too, but to buy hot food an to get cold fried BLT chicken looks stale not fresh an it was in the morning 10:35 am all I really wanted was breakfast that it. Never again get Better employees that want to Work with Good Positive Energy their messing with Customers Stomach an health this is very important to Me.

Ok with the up most love and respect the food is good but the customer service wow. I asked for something to be remade cus yk god forbid someone has food sensitivities. Also btw they were not busy at all we were one of the only people there. ANYWAY, the dude opens the food looks at it goes to his manager and says dude what crack is this girl smoking. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service. You choose this line of work so please don’t get upset when the food yall made can’t be eaten. Also the bathrooms were gross( they smelt, sticky floors, and there was hair in the sink) so ya maybe think twice before treating your customers poorly

Will never spend a penny there again. Can't get an order right to save their lives. Installed an AI ordering kiosk because the staff can't speak or understand English, and they still get your order wrong. Poorly managed, poor food quality and a filthy kitchen.

This Wendy's, it does not have ketchup inside via a pump. I asked for a lot of catch up. The kid gave me three ketchups so I said, I want more ketchup, and he told me that's all they could give out not the best customer service charge me $16, and they wouldn't even give me more than 3 packets of ketchup.
I am so sick of cheap, fast food chains that raise their prices through the roof and won't even give you condiments. I will never go to a Wendy's again. The food has went way down the last time. I got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was all breading with a little piece of rough chicken between it

A robot takes your order. Gets it wrong. You pull up to the window and see four able bodied employees standing around with what looks like nothing to do. The optics are terrible here. You raise the hourly rate but then have some robot take my order? Makes zero sense. If my order was ever correct or at least hot I would get over it but it almost never is. Ditch the robotics system and get back to human basics. Strawberry lemonade is wicked awesome. Thank you.

Was eating breakfast here this morning when I saw a HUGE rat tail that was centimeters away from my foot crawl under the booth I was sitting at. Safe to say I ran out of there and will not be returning. Wanted to warn people as it clearly came from inside the restaurant and it was clearly not afraid to approach me so it probably lives there and who knows how many others are there. I am hoping I will not get sick from the food!

Your new AI drive-thru experience sucks. It gives you double burgers when you ask for a single, it doesn't understand what you're trying to tell it, and it would be easier if we just use the associates. Please take the AI out of your stores, this is a stupid move.
