A robot takes your order. Gets it wrong. You pull up to the window and see four able bodied employees standing around with what looks like nothing to do. The optics are terrible here. You raise the hourly rate but then have some robot take my order? Makes zero sense. If my order was ever correct or at least hot I would get over it but it almost never is. Ditch the robotics system and get back to human basics. Strawberry lemonade is wicked awesome. Thank you.

Was eating breakfast here this morning when I saw a HUGE rat tail that was centimeters away from my foot crawl under the booth I was sitting at. Safe to say I ran out of there and will not be returning. Wanted to warn people as it clearly came from inside the restaurant and it was clearly not afraid to approach me so it probably lives there and who knows how many others are there. I am hoping I will not get sick from the food!

Your new AI drive-thru experience sucks. It gives you double burgers when you ask for a single, it doesn't understand what you're trying to tell it, and it would be easier if we just use the associates. Please take the AI out of your stores, this is a stupid move.

This place consistently, every time, without fail messes up the most simple orders. Order a cheeseburger and a hamburger and you're getting two hamburgers after they already repeated the correct order back to you. It's literally every time. As far as the food it's like any other Wendy's.

I am absolutely appalled. Earlier this today I ordered two crispy chicken wraps, and the chicken was so tough, it was like trying to chew through concrete. I honestly feared for my safety — I could barely get a bite without nearly choking. It was a health hazard, not food. Every attempt to bite into it felt like I was risking a trip to the hospital. After struggling through it, I realized I had wasted my money on something that was completely inedible. To make matters worse, the salad was upside down in the bag, with wilted, brown lettuce revealing itself. This wasn’t just an unpleasant meal; it was a disaster. Wendy’s should be ashamed of serving something this hazardous and inedible. I will never be back to this location, and I strongly advise others to stay far, far away. Almost 30 freaking dollars, down the drain.

They stayed open inside even while being understaffed.
Manager was awesome he was super helpfull. Actully answered the phone. And delivered the food to our table.
