First of all, I walked into this restaurant, and it was very very dirty unsanitary, I ordered spring rolls, dumplings, chicken teriyaki. The dumplings were super inedible, the spring rolls along with the sauce was so badly cooked I spit them out. The customer service was terrible. They made me pay for the food I did not touch. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone whose hungry

wow, I've never been to a place worse than this one right here. food is inedible I actually spit it out. I wouldn't eat their food if I was starving! the customer service SUCKED! so bad that I had to leave this review! the waiter made me pay for the untouched food that I couldn't possibly eat. not to mention the place is super dirty, unsanitary for sure! the bathroom was filthy , I'm sure if you go in there you'll never eat there again ‍... blows my mind that this place is still in business

I love this place. The food is always delicious with ample portions. I can’t recommend the lemon chicken enough but their entire menu is a home run. The service is always kind. They package their delivery the best I’ve ever seen of any restaurant with care. Music and Karaoke on Fri and Sat nights. My family loves their food. They’ve been around since I was little and I hope they continue to be for many more years.

Food was good, they need to update the rest of it. Get the boxes and junk into storage. Scrub the bathrooms.

Highly recommend for functionsThe one bad thing that can be over looked is the older environment could use some updating especially the bathrooms.. But food is great a function room is large service was perfect they supplied perfect amount of food. An you can’t beat the price for a large gathering. An plenty of parking.

Yangtze Inn may best be nicely described as "interesting." Not sure how to ease into my description... This joint can easily be the quintessential "poster child" for the old-school run-down Chinese American restaurant: Fifty-seven hard years has taken its toll on the decor and functionality here as half the interior space is literally lights-out and abandoned and restrooms are trashed like you've never seen. Next to the currently open dining area are the relics of yesteryear with a decrypted dirt-laden upright piano and booths. A once-scenic large mock-landscape vignette adds to the already eerie effect here. A vast array of boxes and paperwork and random items are topsy-turvy and strewn about everywhere. A walk to the restrooms takes you through a dark journey into an historic restaurant graveyard... The hostess entrance area is no less attractive with a glass display cabinet that is littered with relics and the Keno equipment and cash register. The bar area is the main hang-out area with TVs and a full bar and tables and chairs where most prefer to dine and drink... How's the food, you ask? Well... it's as would be expected... The drink menu is extensive. Lots of Tiki Drinks and boozes (including a list of various brands of "BURBON") and wines and cocktails and more. Not sure if all is in stock but we ordered a Scorpion Bowl which was strong and tasty but had zero garnish. My One ordered a Rum Punch which was too strong for her, so I drank it. I also had a Banana Split which was poured tableside and strong. These doods make strong drinks which is an absolute rarity these days and I was VERY impressed AND buzzed! We got a PuPu Pladder which was huge and pretty good although I have certainly had better, but it was food and perfectly edible. I had the Yangtze Chef Special which was 25 bucks and was laden with all sorts of random meats and seafood of varied age. It was good in a unique way although not piping hot and I gather was prepared from what was readily available. It allegedly contained lobster according to the menu, but I found no evidence of lobster. Warmed-over stuff here but that is to be expected at a joint like this... Fried Rice was ordered as well and the quality was as one may expect, once again... We had a wicked good time here and we were highly entertained by the ghetto-ness of it all and we found the various peccadillos of the staff quite amusing as well... Bear in mind that I am merely "scratching the surface" when it comes to providing photos and describing details of this utterly uncanny and unkempt establishment... Five stars for being "unusual"...
