Matt's has never provided us with substandard anything. each and everytime we've been in the breakfast has been delicious. The women who works with here is so friendly and also has a pleasant personality. I love my bacon crispy and they get it right everything. vwr find this quaint little place better then most other places out there here. actually they are the only place we have breakfast. thanks to you both. really enjoy your place.
Best breakfast hands down in years. Matt is amazing. Hours are messed up. Staff are a bit eccentric, but nice.

Discovered this place in April of this year. Been back 5 times since. Starting with my last visit we did not have the same Waitress that was usually there. I do not know her name, but she was very tall and soft spoken also extremely pleasant. We very much enjoyed her. The weekend before vacation for the restaurant we came in there is another lady there. Older with personality the same as her hair color. We placed our order and two of us got our breakfast without our toast. The third person got their toast and no breakfast. That person waited over 20 mins for his food as the toast got cold. The first person who got their breakfast and no toast loves to dunk their toast in their eggs while they eat. So, as you can imagine we asked where his toast was and we got straight up attitude. needless to say, by the time 2 of us got our toast our breakfast was done. then they proceed to remake person number threes toast when they finally got their breakfast. It didn't make sense but whatever things happen. At this point i miss the other waitress as she can run circles around this other person. Lets fast forward 2 weeks. The restaurant is back from vacation, and this darkhaired lady is working again. We placed our order then a few mins later another woman comes out of the kitchen and says excuse me why did you order cornbeef hash when all you did was complain about it last time as she is looking at my 82 year old father in law. I was like excuse me, that was not what happened last time we were here. How polite to talk to an elder in a confrontational manner. She came at us looking for a fight in front of everyone there eating. We should have gotten up and left but against our better judgment we stayed. Anyone in the food business should never ever treat people like that. We love to support local and really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Just a shame we won't be back ever!! To the other waitress, thank you for being you, we will miss you.

My boyfriend and I were really excited to try somewhere different from our usual breakfast spots. The place looked good, and we were genuinely looking forward to it.
When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty — tons of open tables — but we were told there’d be an hour wait. No explanation, no “sorry,” just a flat estimate that didn’t make any sense.
We’re a younger couple, and I have a few facial piercings — which may have had nothing to do with it, but it’s the only thing that stood out. The woman who greeted us didn’t seem particularly happy to see us, and the vibe was not welcoming.
We’re nice, we swear. Just wanted breakfast. Hope others have better luck — or the right look.
We ended up there because where we wanted to go for breakfast was closed.
This wasn't a bad thing. In fact, I'm glad the other place was closed. It was a very homey atmosphere. The server was great and very welcoming and friendly.
I ordered a Western omelet. With grilled English muffin and home fries.
The omelet was size and was very generous, as was the home fries.
The omelet was very well cooked. There was no shortage of seasoning on the home fries.

This small breakfast spot serves up incredible food. Their homemade corned beef hash is a must-order item, but be sure to get there early as they sometimes run out. It's perfectly seasoned and has a great chewy texture. The homemade home fries are also full of flavor, sprinkled liberally with paprika. I almost never bother to eat home fries at a breakfast place as they're usually the same frozen potatoes but these are a vast improvement. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The blueberry pancakes had large fresh blueberries and filled the whole plate. This is a casual spot that delivers on flavor - highly recommended!

Good homemade muffins and hash. Very reasonable prices.
Matt's doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is good and the service friendly. Not only is the food good, but it's inexpensive and the portions generous.
