“My wife and I attended today's 1230 Fireside Feast and it was definitely worth the two hour drive. The staff was excellent answering all of our questions and service during the dinner was over the top. The downstairs was crowded but everything was orderly with cheese and crackers, mulled cider and wine being served. The bar staff made some really festive cocktails. Once we were upstairs, the chowder was creamy and filled with clams. All of the food was hot and the prime rib was roasted perfectly over the fire. This was our first time going and will be back again next season. Thank you to all of the staff, not only host, servers, bar tenders and others we interacted with but also those behind the scene. These would be food preps, dish washers, chefs and anyone else who works at Salem Cross Inn. Merry Christmas and we will be back next season. Thank You.”

The women who works with here is so friendly and also has a pleasant personality. I love my bacon crispy and they get it right everything. vwr find this quaint little place better then most other places out there here. actually they are the only place we have breakfast. thanks to you both. really enjoy your place.”

Have one Pet peeve a new employee n I never saw her again... (these employees deserve tip they bust their butt up here).

I try to tip every time.. of course I wish I could afford more but she got a buck on One donut.. little excessive! But obviously that wasn't the point. The regular employees I would tip them $5 each time I went, if I could afford it as they are a wonderful crew,
I can't say enough about them!
And the ice coffee is usually consistent... I recommend this D&D..”

“We piled in this morning for a mini family reunion - and it was just amazing! We sat in a room by ourselves and ordered a variety of food and drink. Not only was everyone happy to be together, all agreed it was a perfect morning all around.
