We are very impressed with the pizza and the delivery service. Stopped in yesterday with question regarding the party pizzas and the delivery. Delivery was scheduled yesterday for this evening and we were told no need to call it will be there. Well it was here and it was hot and the bingo players at the hall tonight loved the pizza. Thank you for getting it right and delivered hot. We gave the driver a ten dollar tip which he was so surprised to receive this. If they get your delivery right and on time why not show you appreciate their service. It's the only way to go through life. Show kindness and appreciation. Thank you to all who had a hand in it. From the girl behind the counter to the pizza maker to the delivery driver. Thanks!!! One last thing the cost was so much Better then the other shop in town.

I do not know how fries can give someone food poisoning, but that what just happened to me at this establishment. I am near certain there is some real issue with their sanitation and cooking practices. Please change your grease more frequently.

Horrible customer service. I walked in with my son. We was the only people there we did not get acknowledged at all and the order that we had put in was already sitting on the counter. We then sat there for about 10 minutes before I asked to speak to somebody, when I said, excuse me, the young lady looked at me and kept it walking. Then when I finally got someone’s attention, I asked about my order and they turned around and grab my order that was already sitting there for about 10 minutes. Horrible service would not recommend anybody. Can’t even try the food since it’s been sitting there for 10 minutes , plus the time it took me to get to the store.

Great location right on Rt. 9 Westbound from Brookfield. I like my pizza crisp yes fresh/soft and the Lg. Pepperoni is archetypally perfect. American classic done simple and right. Did not get to order the pastrami sandwich, but they use the good red old fashioned classic kind. Prices astonishingly good esp. for these days, but still good. Lg pie and 20 ounce Classic Coke, of course, precisely ice-cold. Service: personal and friendly. Atmosphere: classic American , at least where I'm from , with old school original authenticity and the right chips to go with it all. This is a worth-an-hour-drive place. Bon appetit.

They kill it every time. $5 small pizza is where it’s at. I didn’t think the potato skins could get any better until I tried the new buffalo chicken tater skins. Unbelievable! Keep up the good work.

After the first day of Brimfield, we checked into our nearby motel and decided to try Northeast Pizza despite the Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed! The restaurant was quite busy, but the service was quick, and the staff was pleasant! We ordered a large House Special calzone and Wormtown Summer Ale (great combination) for dine-in, and it was DELICIOUS!

If only we had more than 2 local options.........mid food that's always late. And you get charged 2 separate fees for a delivery order... I suppose they're lucky we don't have more options. ???... I'll stick with George's from now on.
