Wonderful experience. The Owner was very gracious and told entertaining stories of the area, farm, and food. The clam/pollock chowder, prime rib, and apple pie recipes and cooking methods were all unique to the Salem Cross Inn and delicious. Well worth going out of your way for a memorable experience.
We love the Fireside Feast! It has become a yearly tradition that we all look forward to around the holidays. From the open hearth, to the community of stirring the chowder together, to the horse drawn carriages, it’s a lovely experience all around. And the food is delicious! Shout out to Evan for your hospitality and for treating our girl like a little celebrity last night! It really made our night!
Was here for a wedding the salad was delicious, the potatoes, mixed vegetables, with chicken or sliced steak also delicious. There was also an open Bar during picture taking time.which was beautifully set up outside in there court yard area. We had stuffed mushrooms, white chicken breaded with dipping sauce, egg rolls with sauce, brechetta bread, klibasa with horseradish sauce . Breaded Jalapeno peppers with sauce. Very pretty set up for the wedding banquet area. Plenty of room...
