I have no words to explain how crappy our experience was at this Subway tonight. We have had a quite a few bad experiences at this location in the past; with there being so many options in this area for good food, even a few other Subways in the area with friendly and competent employees, don't waste your money here.

Lady on the phone at 11/22 at 8:29. What's the point of hours on the door and website to close it 30 mins early??! She wasn't even polite about it and she hanged up for asking what time they close?!

I just left this location, there was 2 girls working together (had never seen them before).. I just wanted to acknowledge how effiecient and easy going my experience was today ? she made my 2 subs in less than 3 minutes!!

Called and ordered ft. Long grinder and a LG. Drink. I get there and pay, then she tells me the fountain machine isn't working but go ahead and grab a drink from fridge and a cup. Ok... so I do and I fill my LG cup with the soda and it's only half maybe 3/4 full... I paid for the LG. I show her and tell... and she tells me if i want another bottle of soda I have to pay 245 or something like that. I told her well I just paid you for a LG. Soda and im only gettinf a med. She says, well I guess but if you want another bottle you have to pay for it. I told her again, I just paid you for a LG and im only getting a medium with this, mind you I hardly put any ice in the cup.I said if anyone is paying anyone more it shld be you giving me money back, seening your only giving me this. She just stared at me. Waiting for me to give her more money for the LG soda I already paid for and I wasn't getting! I just said forget it, whatever and left with my LG cup that was only halfway full. Because she insisted I had to give her more money to fill it more. Petty,...maybe. but definitely made me mad. Subway is expensive as is. I worked a double, it's late and my son was hungry so I stopped to get him dinner and a drink.Not cool!

We always go to the subway never really had any problems until the sandwiches we had this evening nothing but wilted and soggy were very disappointed. I threw mine away $40.03 sandwiches. Next time I’m going to North Brookfield I had enough.

walked in at 9:30 when they closed at 10 and the employee told me to leave because they closed. when the door and online said they close at 10, wont be coming back.

I have eaten here a total of five times all over the course of 3 months. So far all my food has tasted good. There have been some employees training the last few times but not bad considering they didn’t know much yet. I am sure they will be doing well by the time I go in next. The owner seems to be high drama type but has been nice enough the times I’ve interacted with her. Of Subways I have frequented, this one is on average for what you expect. Could employees be friendlier? Sure. It isn’t easy finding staff these days. Honestly the rating is closer to 3.5

This is the worst subway location I've ever been to. I am a frequent customer due to the lack of options in this area but I can no longer be a customer to this location. The store manager clearly can't figure out inventory ordering. Every week the location runs out of stock of something. I order online and pay ahead to save time and often arrive to be told there wasn't any bacon (which I paid extra for) or one of the other elements of my sandwich. Since I already paid I'm just out of luck. The soda machine is also out of service frequently and/or doesn't have ice. The only saving grace of this place is that it's clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend looking somewhere else for a meal.

3/22/2023 @ 3:30pm walked in. One other customer stood behind me in line. Subway sandwich artist hunkered down behind rack, no acknowledgement that we were there. Never lifted her head. No sounds except muzak in shop. I coughed. No response. I called, "Knock, knock!" She said something like Be right with you and went back to whatever she was focused on on the table in front of her. I waited. I thought, well, girl, you just blew your tip. I waited more and thought, I will take my business elsewhere since no one cares for my business here. Walked to the door. The person behind me stayed as far as I know. Sandwich Artist never even grunted. I called, Thanks for your service! as I left. Won't be bothering to stop here again.
