Ninebark Kitchen + Drinks

We tried Ninebark on a whim on a holiday weekend, so it wasn't very crowded, but everything we had from cocktails to apps to entrees were delicious, and the service was great. I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends in Newton for a casual, tasty spot.

We had heard mixed reviews about the Ninebark before we ate there for the first time. Perhaps they have worked through whatever issues people had, but we found the experience to be very enjoyable. The fish tacos and the burgers were great - and the calimari is one of the best I have had in a long time. The service was also first rate. The ambience is fine though I found the projected images to be a bit distracting at times. Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend and if they had a 4.5 overall rating, that is what I would have given.

The hours of operation are misleading. Website indicates a 10 PM closing time on Fridays. Had reservations at 8:15 PM, finished dinner a little after 9 PM. We were precluded from ordering dessert because the server told us that the kitchen was closed. The server gave us no prior notice to the same. Food was pretty good but the experience was extremely disappointing.

We ordered shrimp scampi, fish with chips and the fish tacos... as always the food was delicious!

We had a wonderful experience and have returned a few times. All of our dishes were tasty except for the ninebark salad. It was delicious although for the price they were extremely skimpy with the lettuce, and I finished my salad and watched everyone else enjoy their dishes. If you charge that price point for a salad I believe you should be generous with the foundation of the dish which is lettuce.

Very nice dining experience. Our Weight person was outstanding. Hope to dine there again soon. 

I have been to this restaurant several times. The food is delicious. The wait staff is beyond wonderful. Pleasant, efficient, and a delight to chat with. I will keep returning. Really a delight. 

The food is delicious and top quality! We've been numerous times and tried many things on the menu and it's all good!

We had a lovely first experience. We were totally blown away by the attentiveness and knowledge of our server, Matteo.

We had an early dinner and the restaurant was not crowded...service was great, and food was too! I recommend this spot and like it a lot. I will be back.

My family and I LOVE Ninebark. The food is absolutely amazing, the drinks are delicious and the service is top tier. This is a hidden gem. This is now one of our regular spots when my husband and I want to grab a drink.

Marisa took great care of us while we were there for a work meeting at lunch. Easy street parking.

Excellent and attentive service! Very friendly and prompt. One of us had the cheeseburger, and one had the veggie burger, and both were juicy and delicious. And the fries were so good, we could have made a meal out of them!

The food was amazing as always!! Our waitress Courtney was attentive, professional and friendly!! My new favorite restaurant!
