I needed to organize a nice dinner for 15 people for my son's birthday. The whole process was absolutely flawless - from initial contact with Igor who took care of all the planning and setup. When we arrived to the restaurant everything was ready and we were treated with utmost attention. The dinner was served family style and we had a chance to pick our menu selections to be shared. The portions were very generous, beautifully decorated and served, service was impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was beyond satisfied and happy. “We took a friend out to dinner at Oleana last night for her birthday and it was one of the best meals we’ve had. We loved being able to share and sample so many dishes, and each one was a masterful balancing of herbs, spices and flavors. The service was also top-notch. We can’t wait to return! It’s no surprise that it’s hard to get a reservation.”

“Run don't walk to Pagu for absolutely scrumptious food that weaves together Japanese and Spanish Basques Cuisines! A must order is the Tuna Collar - I've never had anything like it - it's huge, great for a crowd, bone-suckingly good (literally have done that) served with rice and nori! Also make sure you don't miss Tracy Chang's homemade nonalcoholic sparking teas - my favorites are the genmaicha and the hojicha - again I've never tasted a drink like this anywhere else. And then you have to end the night with a Basque Cheesecake - I particularly love when Pagu makes a seasonal Matcha or Ube Basque cheesecake! Pagu's dishes and drinks are across the board innovative but also welcoming and absolutely delicious!”

If you care not only about delicious food but also, seasonal, fresh, responsibly sourced cuisine - and food that genuinely does good - for your gut microbiome, biodiversity on our planet and our ecological systems - then dining at this restaurant is a MUST-DO! Chef mentioned that they plan to include at least 2 plant-based appetizers and 2 plant-based entrees in their on going menu at all times. The dining room clearly lit up with this announcement. With more and more plant-based inclusions in their menu, Season to Taste could become Cambridge's very own "Eleven Madison Park"...watch out Chef Humm! :)”
