“I would like to express my gratitude to Blue Salt staff (with special thanks going to Igor) who made our special occasion so memorable! I needed to organize a nice dinner for 15 people for my son's birthday. The whole process was absolutely flawless - from initial contact with Igor who took care of all the planning and setup. When we arrived to the restaurant everything was ready and we were treated with utmost attention. The dinner was served family style and we had a chance to pick our menu selections to be shared. The portions were very generous, beautifully decorated and served, service was impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was beyond satisfied and happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you Igor and Blue Salt team! You made our event very special and unforgettable!”

“Local pizza take out joint with excellent chunky sauce (you can substitute smooth) and thin crust. The atmosphere is pleasant and the place even has a few tables. A large pizza is around $25 minimum and will easily serve 4 people.”

We loved being able to share and sample so many dishes, and each one was a masterful balancing of herbs, spices and flavors. The service was also top-notch. We can’t wait to return! “Run don't walk to Pagu for absolutely scrumptious food that weaves together Japanese and Spanish Basques Cuisines! A must order is the Tuna Collar - I've never had anything like it - it's huge, great for a crowd, bone-suckingly good (literally have done that) served with rice and nori! Also make sure you don't miss Tracy Chang's homemade nonalcoholic sparking teas - my favorites are the genmaicha and the hojicha - again I've never tasted a drink like this anywhere else. And then you have to end the night with a Basque Cheesecake - I particularly love when Pagu makes a seasonal Matcha or Ube Basque cheesecake! Pagu's dishes and drinks are across the board innovative but also welcoming and absolutely delicious!”

“We had our engagement party at Zuzu's in mid May and it was wonderful! We already knew the snacks, desserts, and wine would be fantastic from our previous visits. What really stood out was how attentive Alexandra was throughout the process. She did an amazing job of setting up our food and bev choices and was very flexible when our guest count changed last minute. We had exactly what we needed and ended up with only a few leftovers. Everyone was so helpful on the day of the event as well! The space was arranged perfectly and already so charming that we barely needed to decorate. We received many compliments from our guests and of course we had a great time as well!”

“The most delicious pastries ever. If you love pistachio the way I do you will have trouble choosing and it is ALL great. But I particularly love the savories. The Palestinian bread and the flatbread with the green topping (forget what it's called) is a family favorite. We adore these; the flatbreads are a great quick lunch. But so so delicious, fresh, we are so fortunate to have you here!”

If you care not only about delicious food but also, seasonal, fresh, responsibly sourced cuisine - and food that genuinely does good - for your gut microbiome, biodiversity on our planet and our ecological systems - then dining at this restaurant is a MUST-DO! Chef mentioned that they plan to include at least 2 plant-based appetizers and 2 plant-based entrees in their on going menu at all times. The dining room clearly lit up with this announcement. With more and more plant-based inclusions in their menu, Season to Taste could become Cambridge's very own "Eleven Madison Park"...watch out Chef Humm! :)”
