I was actually thinking of giving them 5 stars but also had a few minor suggestions. In actuality this is a 4.5+ stars. I ordered fried dough and a chicken parm sandwich. The fried dough was great - light and airy and no hint of greasiness but it definitely needed more powdered sugar. The chicken parm was fantastic - the chicken to bread to sauce to cheese ratio was all spot on. The one suggestion I have is for thinner pieces of chicken- the chicken was on the thicker side. This is a true Gem in Westie. Home made Italian fare that tastes like it was made in your Italian grandmother’s kitchen. Amazing sauces and flavors and an amazing wide range of dishes! Friendly staff and quick service. It’s my new favorite place to pick up and also on DoorDash!! Thanks Johnny for a great lunch!!
