Long John Silver's | Taco Bell

Very nice as a fast food restaurant. Very clean. Staff was excellent and attentive. Food was way better than expected with a very nice presentation. At this visit food more 4.8. Definitely recommend, not far from VA West Roxbury Campus.

I ordered fish and they told me it would be a 5 minute wait but I ended up waiting 20 minutes if they would have told me that I might have declined the wait please be more accurate

Fresh fish straight from the Charles!

This was the worst fish and chips I ever ate this wasn’t fish never seen any fish like this before the batter tasted nasty the fish didn’t tast like fish the fries was very hard and tasted nasty and the hush puppies didn’t even taste like hush puppies I will never eat there again

The fish and chips was absolutely delicious! It was crispy and flaky. Hush puppies were OK but I wouldn't order the chicken again. The service was really quick. I recommend this to anyone in the area.

Don't waste your time here if you want LJS. If you're looking for a quick meal you won't get it here, definitely not fast food. You may not even get your food at all. Better off finding some real seafood. Sat at the counter for 15 minutes before we even got a hello, or be right with you. Got quite a few strange looks in that time though so they definitely saw us. Had to ask them if we could get helped then continued to get stares from multiple staff members like we didnt belong there. Then another 20 minutes before we got our food that wasn't cooked all the way. Chicken was cold on the inside. There were 4 other people eating inside so it didnt seem busy. Or maybe they value the drive through more than guests dining in. Horrible customer service, horrible food, horrible all around!

Don't judge a book by its cover were the words of my 12 year old niece. We absolutely loved the place. For a chain it is exceptionally well run.

This Place is not bad at all, albeit the fried food can be a bit greasy... It's still a good value for the price, and it's still quite tasty! I luv the Hushpuppies!

This is the only and the best long John silver, in all of Massachusetts. I read reviews that there was no Long John Silver at this location because it is a joint Taco Bell. I decided to investigate for myself. Upon further investigation into my pleasant surprise, they do serve seafood at this location. I was a little skeptical to try drive-through fried shrimp. To be honest it was really yummy. Thank you beloved Taco Bell/long John silver employees.

Vegetarian options: thank God for this Taco Bell! As a vegetarian, I almost never have the option to eat food at any drive thru. You can substitute potatoes and rice for any meat and nine times out of 10 they will give it to you. One time out of 10 they will accidentally put beef in your crunch wrap supreme and you will just eat around it.

Somehow they're always only doing DoorDash/delivery orders. Very irritating

This is supposed to be a joint TB/LJS but every time I come they say they aren't serving LJS. At this point the LJS should just close even though it's the only one in MA. The drive thru times take forever and the staff have terrible attitudes. You can never get anyone on the phone either. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you want LJS don't waste your time going here.

The worst taco bell I've ever pulled into. The service is trash. The building is ugly. The parking lot needs repaved. Overall this location should be demolished and the owners should be thrown in debtors prison for all the time they've wasted of the general public.Features: Staff didn't follow any Covid safety practices, let alone general food safety practices. The board of health should take a tour of the facility.

The worst business I have ever been to in my entire life. I cannot even believe I’m leaving a review like this or why I’m so bothered by it, long John silvers is only open when they want to be open. Their website says they’re 10:30-10pm, I just left at 8:30 on Friday and they said “we’re only taking Taco Bell orders” this has been the 4th time it’s happened to me. I’ve been to the West Roxbury location 5 times during business hours and have been able to get Long John Silvers one time. They never give a reason for it, every time it happens they say king John silvers closed shortly before the current time. Check their website and it says open till 10pm, not the Taco Bell website; the LONG JOHN SILVER website. Then try to call them, anyone try to call, I called them 11 times in a row and they will NOT pick up. LJS is usually cooked to order, so I can all about guarantee their lazy employees just don’t feel like cooking LJS when it’s ordered far less than Taco Bell. They should be put out of busy, absolute laziness. Worst business I’ve ever tried to get food from, they make McDonald’s look like Chic Fila. Scumbags.

Worst service ever ! Ordered fish and shrimp. After paying for 2 meals I was told they were out of fish and would the regular shrimp be ok. I said It’s ok. I will have the chicken. She then said we are out of fish and chicken all we have is the regular size shrimp. I didn’t want that. But I said ok. She then handed me a box already made with 6 small shrimp overcooked and extremely hard fries. This was the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I wasn’t offered a refund. The place is nasty and the service was horrible. Do not recommend
