This is the only and the best long John silver, in all of Massachusetts. I read reviews that there was no Long John Silver at this location because it is a joint Taco Bell. I decided to investigate for myself. Upon further investigation into my pleasant surprise, they do serve seafood at this location. I was a little skeptical to try drive-through fried shrimp. To be honest it was really yummy. Thank you beloved Taco Bell/long John silver employees.Vegetarian options: thank God for this Taco Bell! As a vegetarian, I almost never have the option to eat food at any drive thru. You can substitute potatoes and rice for any meat and nine times out of 10 they will give it to you. One time out of 10 they will accidentally put beef in your crunch wrap supreme and you will just eat around it.

This is supposed to be a joint TB/LJS but every time I come they say they aren't serving LJS. At this point the LJS should just close even though it's the only one in MA. The drive thru times take forever and the staff have terrible attitudes. You can never get anyone on the phone either. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you want LJS don't waste your time going here.

My first time and the first batch of fish and shrimp was absolutely horrible. I asked for a refund the manager insisted on giving me new shrimp and fish. However, he brought me back a larger meal, but everything was horrible yet again, and this time extra greasy. The fries were the best part of the meal. I'd like my money back thank you!

The worst taco bell I've ever pulled into. The service is trash. The building is ugly. The parking lot needs repaved. Overall this location should be demolished and the owners should be thrown in debtors prison for all the time they've wasted of the general public.Features: Staff didn't follow any Covid safety practices, let alone general food safety practices. The board of health should take a tour of the facility.

The worst business I have ever been to in my entire life. I cannot even believe I’m leaving a review like this or why I’m so bothered by it, long John silvers is only open when they want to be open. Their website says they’re 10:30-10pm, I just left at 8:30 on Friday and they said “we’re only taking Taco Bell orders” this has been the 4th time it’s happened to me. I’ve been to the West Roxbury location 5 times during business hours and have been able to get Long John Silvers one time. They never give a reason for it, every time it happens they say king John silvers closed shortly before the current time. Check their website and it says open till 10pm, not the Taco Bell website; the LONG JOHN SILVER website. Then try to call them, anyone try to call, I called them 11 times in a row and they will NOT pick up. LJS is usually cooked to order, so I can all about guarantee their lazy employees just don’t feel like cooking LJS when it’s ordered far less than Taco Bell. They should be put out of busy, absolute laziness. Worst business I’ve ever tried to get food from, they make McDonald’s look like Chic Fila. Scumbags.

Eating fish at long John silvers is like ordering a steak from mcdonalds. You're never suprised, yet always dissapointed. Everything fried (So about 80% of the menu), is the equivilant of ordering a ball of nasty rotten batter with a side of fish. The fish tastes as if it was fished from the mississippi river itself, with the chewyness of a bike tire. So chewy in fact, you dont even get the grace of finishing it fast as you spend a solid five minutes per half raw shrimp that is served onto your plate. Nevermind the fact that somehow despite the half market prices, you still find a way to be dissapointed each time, nevermind the state the bathrooms are in. I don't know how or why, but someone smeared fecal matter UP the wall. Not down it, up it. I don't know how people have the ability to do this, but the fact that the walls were practically fingerpainted brown speaks marginally for the quality of the restaurant. I'd give it zero stars if I could, but one star for at least being entertaining.
Worst service ever ! Ordered fish and shrimp. After paying for 2 meals I was told they were out of fish and would the regular shrimp be ok. I said It’s ok. I will have the chicken. She then said we are out of fish and chicken all we have is the regular size shrimp. I didn’t want that. But I said ok. She then handed me a box already made with 6 small shrimp overcooked and extremely hard fries. This was the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I wasn’t offered a refund. The place is nasty and the service was horrible. Do not recommend

By far the most slacker and unprofessional restaurant ive ever been to. Seriously these workers are a total embarassment, theyre too stupid to squirt beef into a taco shell. 35 minutes to wait behind 2 other people. Happened on 3 occasians for doordash. I cant even understand how someone can be so slow and so bad at their jobs. They were telling people behind me they are only serving doordash, no ordering taking through the window. The main entrance is always locked with no sign. These people are inept.
