We to the west Roxbury location 5 times in the past month they are advertising a 3pc for $5 on multiple occasions they say they are not doing the promotion but I go the next day and they all of a sudden they are last week I went for a 3 pc they said they were not doing the promotion I ended up paying $14 now today they are doing it again
There is always a wait chicken never ready and poor customer service

OMG, the chicken is amazing! This is 2nd time I ordered food there. Chicken is fresh, moist, & crunchy, like fried chicken should be. No more KFC for me!

Washington Square location on Warren Street. Food was good, it was very busy there because of the parade. The staff was calm polite & did their best to keep up with the demands of customers who weren't as nice.

So I go to Popeyes today. 8-10-2025 around 1pm I go to redeem some points cuz I had like 1600 points I'll go and get a six-piece meal of wings. The girl says to scan it. She scans it. It took like 240 something points from me and then she says she doesn't know how to do it. She calls the manager. He's overwhelmed with work because he's the only one that's running the window so he tells me to wait. I couldn't wait. I was on my lunch time so I left so they kept my almost 240 points All because somebody didn't know how to do their job. Usually these people are great. Have great chicken but today they horrible

this is the worst day of my life

We ordered 16pc chicken, but he said there is not enough chicken so we have to waited 15 minutes and back home. When I opened the box there was only 13pc chicken only in the box. I couldn’t go back because I live far away from dedham.
Not happy at all!!!!

Waited 30 minutes outside before I went inside and waited 10 more minutes for them to give me the wrong order. Horrible service and I’m never going back not to mention the woman upfront gave me attitude.
