Waited 30 minutes outside before I went inside and waited 10 more minutes for them to give me the wrong order. Horrible service and I’m never going back not to mention the woman upfront gave me attitude.

On multiple occassion I have gone to this location at dinner time and there was NO chicken ready. 15 minute wait time. Employees all standing in the counter area talking. Another time after paying and being told to wait in the lot and someone would bring my meal out. They didn't. They forgot. When I went in, again employees just standing around talking. I hope the owner of this franchise reads this because they can do better.
Best chicken restaurant
The staff is nice but they are working in a literal oven. There is no air conditioning for them and one can't dine in if you wanted to.
Please improve their working conditions.
The service is down to zero. I ordered by the drive thru, first of all the person couldn’t understand my order. I got 12 boneless chicken combo regular. I requested fries and biscuits not drink and side sauces. Instead I got barbecue boneless wings and garlic Parmesan boneless wings with really cold fries. Thank goodness I checked my order before driving away. I showed to the attendant that I didn’t get the right order, she then said will take few minutes for the food to come so I had to seat in my car for over 1/2 to wait for my order.
I went to the Popeyes store to pick up my order on 12/22/2024. The main door was closed, so I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes to pick up the order. When the employee (who said he is the supervisor, Caesar) opened the pick-up window, he told me he had already given that order to three different drivers, and therefore, he didn’t want to prepare the order again.
I explained to him that if the delivery application sends the order again to the restaurant, it means they are paying for it each time. However, he said, “I don’t care, whatever, I am not going to prepare the food. I don’t want to waste my food. Tell the customer to cancel the order.” I explained again that reordering is the customer’s choice, which means they don’t want to cancel the order. He replied, “Drive away, do not block the drive-thru line,” and then closed the window.
I called Grubhub Driver Support to report the issue. While Grubhub Support was speaking with him, they explained that Grubhub pays for the order each time it is sent to the restaurant, so it is their responsibility to prepare it. Yet again, he told the Grubhub Support team, “Whatever, I am not going to prepare the order. I am the supervisor of this store (1630 VFW Pkwy, West Roxbury, MA 02132), and I want it this way.”
After all this, Grubhub Support had to cancel the order. I just want to report that the supervisor of this store, Caesar, behaved in a discriminatory and unacceptable manner. He treated me poorly, and his actions were inappropriate. Please ensure whoever is responsible for this store takes action against him!

I received the worst service from this chain from a young Puerto Rican woman because I don't know English and she spoke very poorly to me because of the driver. It's a shame that she doesn't know what customer service is.

I go inside and it's a bunch of people talking there nobody in the drive thru and nobody inside but me waiting to order they was too busy worried about orders that they already did its ridiculous everytime I walk inside it's a zoo
Ordered two turkeys and came to pick them up the day before Thanksgiving at 5 pm. When I arrived. I was told that they didn’t have turkeys. I received no calls, voicemails or text messages from this location despite having given them my information several days in advance when I placed the order. The staff member completely lied in my face saying they called when they didn’t. I showed her my call log and no calls were made from this location. Piss poor customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 9:21 pm it said I had either the option to pick up my food from the counter or drive thru, the drive through looked busy so I went to go inside and to my disappointment the door was locked... so I got in line in the drive through (line was out in the highway) and proceeded to wait for 40 minutes in line and then another 20 minutes after I had gone through the drive thru after being parked. Ended up getting my food that was supposed to be done and ready at 9:21 at 10:13, which is insane for fast food. Finally open the bag to eat and was missing a meal.. ended up grabbing the guy who was walking food out to another car after they had been waiting about as long as me and he did go and get the food I was missing and was apologetic which was nice I understand everyone is understaffed but that is outrageous especially since I see other reviews saying the same thing. Just disappointing overall, I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow for my money back this is unacceptable.
