I honestly don't think that any of your employees have the ability to read. If they did then it wouldn't be the same nonsense over and over again. The only other explanation is is that they cleary do not care about anyone but themselves. Either way, you need to do better with hiring and training, because this place is AWFUL. I have never received a correct order from your restaurant.
The restaurant was dingy the tables weere not clean. We asked for the $6 meal and were told we're could only get a leg and a thigh. We went into the app and were able to order the pieces that we wanted with the $6 meal while at age restaurant. It was not worth the time the chicken was so flavorless that neither i nor my daughter ate it and ended up throwing it away. The fries were not fresh but were edible. My daughter and I both ended up with upset stomach from what we did eat of it.

The food is usually not bad. YOU are not eating Fried chicken to be healthy so if you go here its a treat,a cheat ,or whatever. I expect it to be seasoned and hot and today the fries were cold and hard. The staff is just wrong for bagging up that garbage and passing it out the window and while the chicken was somewhat hot it tasted like they forgot to add seasoning to the batter. I usually dont waste food but this was a clear sign I didn't I shouldn't have been eating it anyway
