Have been shopping at West Roxbury Star Market since it opened. Love the Manager Jody. Always wonderful and offers outstanding customer care. Unfortunately my last time shopping turned out to be a nightmare experience. Haven’t felt like going back to shop there. This awful experience was inflicted on my by a Assistant Manager Jason who does not have the skills, temperament, attitude or maturity to be an Assistant Manager.
