I usually order grande fraps and they come out fine. Recently I’ve been ordering venti and both times, they put too much ice so at the end it’s always watered down. Also I order a sandwich and most times it comes out fine but the last time, it was a mess. They’re never that busy when I go so there should be no reason for it to come out that way. I didn’t say anything but they could do better.

What a disaster this place is. Waited 10 minutes at 7am while the barista was busy doing regular work without paying a mind to the person Standing in line. Cmon. People need to get to work too,So instead of catching up on stuff that could be done after serving the line, please pay attention to your customers.

Have been shopping at West Roxbury Star Market since it opened. Love the Manager Jody. Always wonderful and offers outstanding customer care. Unfortunately my last time shopping turned out to be a nightmare experience. Haven’t felt like going back to shop there. This awful experience was inflicted on my by a Assistant Manager Jason who does not have the skills, temperament, attitude or maturity to be an Assistant Manager. More than 20 years of belong a loyal shopper wiped out in one incident. How the power of one unprofessional and angry person can have such a huge impact on a customer, store and company. One person whose petty and obstructive behavior can cut into profits for this store. I am now shopping Chestnut Hill store.

I wasn’t acknowledged right away by the worker. Had to wait while she finished a conversation with a friend. That was a bit annoying. On top of that I was charged extra for foam and have never been charged extra for foam before. Maybe for an extra shot of coffee, but not foam that is throw out anyway. And she barely gave me any extra….this Starbucks sucks.
