This is the third time I've been there, and the food is just mediocre at best for me. The dirty dishes were stacked up on the trash cans and the place gives off a very fast food vibe.

Used to love Bueno. Went to school in Amherst, they had great burritos. Now half the time I try to call one, they literally hang up the phone. So they force you to online order, which sucks. And their online stuff doesn’t work right. I was about to get a burrito and I just gave up.
Not to mention they used to keep the self serve sauce station clean, now it’s always completely against health code with crusty old poison sauce around the rim. These people don’t care anymore just like Chipotle. And Bueno used to be special.

I am always happy with my meal at Bueno. We usually get take out but their dine in sections are great, plenty of space complete with fresh salsa bar. My go to order is a BBQ chicken burrito but I've tried most of the options and I am never disappointed!
Vegetarian options: They offer salads and burrito bowls, both vegetarian. Some vegan options.
Dietary restrictions: They make each meal to order so they accept special requests and are allergy conscious.
Parking: Plenty of free Parking

We usually eat at the Springfield restaurant but we were in the neighborhood in West Springfield. Will not go to the West Springfield restaurant again. The service was unfriendly, the chicken and beef was way overcooked and dry. Don't bother eating at this location.
