Came here because it was close to our hotel, and I had a gift card in my arsenal of travel gift cards. It's your standard BK, but the staff was great. My gift card was having issues so I prepared to concede and pay, but the gentleman behind the counter didn't give up and it eventually worked. It looked like a slow nite so there was a minimal wait time and the staff was in good spirits.
I’ve given this Burger King multiple chances because it’s the closest to my home, but I’ve been disappointed every time. The wait times are always excessive, no matter how simple the order. I’ve had to wait over 13 minutes on multiple occasions, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food.
The food quality is also noticeably worse than other Burger King locations, especially the one in Springfield, which serves fresh and well-prepared meals. Here, the food often tastes stale or poorly made.
On top of that, the staff’s attitude is unprofessional—I’ve noticed they can be rude, and at times, I’ve even felt a hint of racism in how they treat certain customers. It’s clear they don’t care about customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you have no other choice. I really hope management takes action to improve service, food quality, and staff professionalism.

1. Didn't have the cheesey tots 2. Didn't have sweet and sour sauce 3. Ordered 2 impossible whoppers with cheese and they didn't come with cheese 4. Got onion rings instead of fries 5. Ordered mozzarella fries and didn't get the marinara sauce 6. Didn't get any of the dipping sauces that were ordered
