I love this place when I need fast food stop, it's always hot and delicious. Service is exceptionally friendly, fast, well mannered. We usually go in but today it was just a drive thru pick up. We just finished grocery shopping. Now you get to choose your sides because every time I come to BK I can't ever decide on fries or onion rings but now you can't have both tell them you want halfsies

My kids and I love coming here for ice cream cones as a treat. They make great sized icecream cones and anytime my puppy comes they always give her a treat. The employees are amazing and go above and beyond and have made this our favorite ice cream spot!
Ordered two Royal crispy wraps, both had hairs in them. They politely asked if I would like them remade and when I look into the kitchen the person in charge of the fryer and preparing food was constantly touching EVERYTHING including personal belongings (phone) with their gloves to then continue to make food with those same gloves.

Came here because it was close to our hotel, and I had a gift card in my arsenal of travel gift cards. It's your standard BK, but the staff was great. My gift card was having issues so I prepared to concede and pay, but the gentleman behind the counter didn't give up and it eventually worked. It looked like a slow nite so there was a minimal wait time and the staff was in good spirits.
Iāve given this Burger King multiple chances because itās the closest to my home, but Iāve been disappointed every time. The wait times are always excessive, no matter how simple the order. Iāve had to wait over 13 minutes on multiple occasions, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food.
The food quality is also noticeably worse than other Burger King locations, especially the one in Springfield, which serves fresh and well-prepared meals. Here, the food often tastes stale or poorly made.
On top of that, the staffās attitude is unprofessionalāIāve noticed they can be rude, and at times, Iāve even felt a hint of racism in how they treat certain customers. Itās clear they donāt care about customer service.
I wouldnāt recommend this location unless you have no other choice. I really hope management takes action to improve service, food quality, and staff professionalism.
