When you order something off the menu and it looks nothing like the picture. The bacon melt was a burger on a toasted bun but definitely wasn’t toasted. Just disappointed when you expect your order to come out like the menu and it doesn’t. Wasn’t bad tasting, just not what I was expecting. Should’ve taken a photo to show what I mean but I didn’t take one.

Today 10/26 the staff was very rude manager very incompetent and childish. Order was placed for delivery and they refused to give the order to the door dash driver. The West Springfield night crew is terrible.

Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru intercom. no one answered so we went to the window and they made use get back in line because we didn’t tell them our online orders over the intercom that no one answered!

Horrible customer service. Was told by the counter clerk to download the app to get the family bundle meal and after I took my time to do all I was still charged $5 more for something completely different and was told to get the tv promo I had to go thru drive thru! Mind I was on foot! Very poor customer

Ordered two double whoppers with lemonades.. Mine was swimming in mayo. THE MEAT TASTED BITTER. Both lemonades...what lemonade? It was plain water. ASKED FOR NO CHEESE. I GOT TWO SLICES OF CHEESE. FRIES WERE OK.

I would give 0 stars for delivery and staff on the phone. The delivery rang the house bell and left the food on the floor!!I called the store and told them it is not accepted so they said we don't deliver it has to be third party so I explained that it was through their website and I don't have the third party info. Then the staff was not polite and said it is not us, have a good night and hanged up in my face.Zeroooo Starsss for you
Wouldn’t let dasher take food even though im only down the road at hotel. Stupid policy that only this burger king has. Manager needs to get off their high horse its just a burger king.

This is the only restaurant I have seen that requires you to have a bag to pick up your food if you're giving the food cold. What is the point of having a bag. Make sure the food is hot before printing notes and stick them on the doors and counters, ?
