I came in a few days ago and never want to come back again. There were 2 girls working that were unfriendly and very unwelcoming. My Black coffee was also room temp even though I ordered it hot. Also the cafe overall needs better cleaning and hygiene. I was left very disappointed.

Very slow I waited 17 minutes for a iced coffee I end up sitting down waiting the place was empty because there were no costumers I was the only costumer and it took so long for the iced coffee to be handled to me my friend got the wrong pastry she showed the girl what she wanted and still gave her the wrong one there was only two people serving not friendly not even welcoming the people when they walk in maybe because it was so early I will give it one more try Ill see for the second time how it will be if not then I’ll stick with Starbucks

One of my favorite places to visit. I come here at least once a week for delicious coffee, treats, sandwiches and to do my work. The atmosphere is very cozy and nice for getting work done or having business meetings. Highly recommend their meat lovers croissant and sour apple refresher. Yummy!

Went for the first time with a group of 6 for a work meeting. Our group had a variety of hot and cold drinks, bagels, sandwiches and deserts. Food, drinks and atmosphere were all fantastic. Highly recommend

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this place is getting more credit than it deserves. We ordered one of the sandwiches and the cardamom tea with pistachio cake.
The pistachio cake was sour—clearly it had been sitting there for a few days. When we mentioned it, they said the sourness was from the pistachio, and when we asked about the smell, they claimed it was the ricotta cheese.
The sandwiches look good, but the taste is just average.
If you’re looking at the pictures and thinking of trying this place, don’t get your hopes too high.

Cafe Tamra, very welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere is awesome, aesthetic and chill. Customer service is awesome, very respectful, very helpful, especially Yuliya. Drinks taste really good, refreshers are refreshing and flavorful. Food is great as well, especially the pastrami. 10/10 place, definitely worth the visit.
This is a hidden gem in West Springfield. The decor, the ambience and the staff are so welcoming. My favorite is the Yemen Adani Tea. Their pastries are delicious and beautiful in presentation. They have a breakfast menu as well. Nice place to meet with friends and family ..... a great addition to West Springfield.

Tamra has only been opened for 3 months and it was buzzing! The interior is gorgeous. Warm, welcoming, beautiful seating and aesthetically pleasing. Loved the lights too.
We ordered the Honey Comb Bread, Pesto Croissant, Pistachio Baklava, Pesto Croissant, Adeni Tea, Coffee and Pumpkin Latte.
Yuliia was our server. She was polite and friendly. I couldn’t taste any pumpkin in my Latte so Yuliia added a few more shots and it was absolutely delicious.
My sis in law really enjoyed her Pesto Croissant. My Honey Comb Bread was delicious (but cold).
The only issue we had was that the food was coming out in dribs and drabs. We actually went up to the counter 5 times! So we didn’t really get to eat together at the same time. This definitely needs addressing. Apart from that we are looking forward to sampling other items on the menu.
Plenty of parking is available.

I forgot the last time I enjoyed a really good matcha besides making one at home! It was incredibly good quality that I ordered two but ended up drinking my sisters too ! I enjoy Tamra cafe for its quiet and cozy environment and great sandwiches too!

The atmosphere/aesthetic of the place looks great. As far as the drinks, they’re ok. Desserts looks/tastes store bought. The service with the two young girls are terrible. Bad attitude and said “idk” to almost every question I asked about the menu.

this is my favorite places i have ever ordered from! i recommend it to everyone i know lol i went on opening day and got a strawberry matcha which they have upgraded since, SO amazing. i’m so glad this place is has opened, not bad prices for a matcha at alllll. coffee and breakfast food is AMAZING. i could go on and on but i personally would 100% recommend any matcha with their cold foam on top!! ☺️☺️☺️
