Carrabba's Italian Grill

I love this place but I just ordered 2 Johnny meals online and picked up my order. I gotta say this is the saddest chicken Brian I’ve ever had. There’s barely any sun dried tomatoes on it ?.

Ordered lasagne online. Terrible. $18 is waaaaaay to much for this tiny dry portion. Almost no sauce or meat. I’m very disappointed in the restaurant and myself for trying them.

I love Carrabba's. I think the environment and the food is better than other Italian restaurants out there. *coughcoughOliveGardencoughcough*

Food was very good. Service could have been a bit faster. Overall well run location. I had the tomato basil salmon. It was good. Could use a different plate or a larger side of broccoli

Dinner was great even tho the server let us Kno they were short staff still delivered good food and even better service and thankful I was surprised with a cake for my birthday! Thanks for a great birthday dinner!

My family and I came in for dinner on the 15th. It was pretty busy. Most tables were full. But to start out. We were served water out of a dirty glass jar (water tasted horrible) and my food was terrible. I ordered “The Johnny” not only was my steak under cooked . My food wasn’t hot at all. I’d say slightly warm. I woke the next morning throwing up among other things. I’m currently still sick. This place is awful and I’ll never come back

First time here and everything was perfect the chicken parm was cook perfect the asparagus was beyond delicious. And Louie was a great waiter! Always checked on us and made sure we were ok! Thanks for a wonderful experience!! Will definitely come back!!!

Was not greeted when we first walked in even though there were about 5 staff members standing at the hostess station. Got seated right away which was a plus, but our waitress was awful. Asked her for 2 new clean glasses as they were dirty, didn't supply us with straws, and never came back to our table to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. She didn't come and take our dirty plates, and we had to ask another staff member for containers to wrap up our food and order desert. We were sitting there for 20 minutes after we were done eating waiting for her. Not a pleasant experience and the food is not that great. Won't be going back.

Very tasty Italian food. Good bread. Pleasant atmosphere. Kitchen took too long in preparing the food.

I always have high hopes and then I'm a little disappointed. The service is good here, but the food is just not that great. It's not horrible, but it's not great either. It seems like a lot of their food comes frozen and is just reheated especially the seafood. I won't order seafood from here again.

The food was fresh & tasted good. The atmosphere was family friendly. The decor could use some updating but overall I enjoyed my experience.

Serving staff was shorthanded. Pace of meal was rushed. Lasagna was served luke-warm. Tasted good, as usual, but overall experience this time was not as good as we're used to here.

Best place to eat no matter what you want. Everyone is so nice and respectful. I love eating here. Thank you so much for the most wonderful experience. Alex is awesome and on point at all times. The waiters are also aware of everything and the restaurant is always so clean and beautiful. Thanks again. You will see us again.
